Charming home with amazing heated pool! Close to Airport, Beaches & Attractions.

The pool is very well sized, as is the surrounding pool area. Plenty of seats, and plenty of sun to relax in during the day. Fully furnished, the beds are all good size, and the showers are beautiful. Living room has plenty of space and a good view from the kitchen. My only wish was for more than 1 TV, but I very much enjoyed getting away from everything and relaxing here!

The pool was warm and clean with pleny of pool floats available. The entire house was clean and felt bery inviting. The couch was extremely comfortable and a great place to relax after a long day of adventures.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, and we loved the pool! Jose was great with communicating with us and with helping us with our unexpected flight delay! This home was close (within 15-30 min) to shopping @ the Citrus Park Mall, Tampa restaurants, and Picnic Island; we really enjoyed our afternoon at Picnic Island!

We had a great stay! We had a wedding in Tampa and this was the perfect place to stay. Easy to get to and from all of the wedding events.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The pool temperature was quite comfortable and we enjoyed that a lot. The beds were very comfortable but the living room couch was not. Although the kitchen appliances worked well there were not enough dishes, bowls or cups. The landscaping in both the front and the back yards needed quite a bit of work.

This house was perfect for our family and close to all the things we wanted to do on our vacation. Jose was a fantastic host. He communicated clearly and provided great ideas for beaches, stores, ice cream shops, etc for a tourist who doesn't want a tourist experience. Also, the heated pool was EXACTLY what we needed for a December stay!

The place was well cared for and clean. Nice open kitchen/dining/living rooms. Property was well depicted in the photos. Beds were firm but we slept fine. Pool had a few tiles missing but didn't affect it's purpose and temp was great. Neighbors had a late night party one night but were not very loud and we couldn't hear them in the house. Jose was responsive.

We came for son’s college graduation. The property was spacious and comfortable. Pool was very nice and perfect for both kids and adults. Property also well supplied with towels and cleaning supplies. It also has a washer and dryer which was very useful. Hosts very responsive. Overall wonderful stay.

Very clean, nice place in good neighborhood. Host was very accommodating to let us in a little early to make it to our event on time. We loved the outside and pool area. Would recommend.

We come to Tampa every spring for Yankee Spring Training. This home was super close to Steinbrenner Field (and an easy drive). Also close to Tampa Zoo. Jose was very helpful..especially knowledgeable about golf courses! We did spend a lot of hours in the heated pool!

The house and pool were welcoming after a day on the water- good location and communication with the host. Highly-Recommend

We were in Florida for a wedding in Plant City. Great girls’ weekend! Highly recommend this Vrbo, 5 stars all around! The owner is easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions on restaurants in the area. One suggestion….add more towels & wash cloths!

Happy to have nice comfortable beds, clean house, GREAT washing machine! Jose was excellent in helping us with our stay in Tampa. Neighbors are nice, just like to have music on during the day.. (no big deal for us)

We had a girls weekend at this property. The house was spotlessly, clean and well stocked. The heated pool was extremely clean and we enjoyed it every day. Jose, our host, was great about communicating with us, and our whole visit went smoothly. We all said we would rent this property again if we are in the area.

This property is centrally located to many locations for a well rounded family vacation. We could then come back to utilize the pool and have a comfortable nights sleep. Jose was very communicative and great to work with. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great trip, the house was very clean and spacious. We had a great time in the heated pool during the day and at night, the pool had a cool night light so it made night swimming fun! The location of the house was key, it was 5 minutes from the stores, it was 11 minutes from the air port and 20 minutes from down town Tampa. Highly recommend this property.

This was perfect for the 3 of us. We each had our own bedrooms. We went to a conference during the daytime and then came back to the pool and relaxed in the evening. We would rent this again if back in the area. rent again
