Charming Home Walk to Riverwalk

Great overall experience!

This was a perfect spot for our family to venture out for daily activities and be close to the river walk and fun downtown activities in the evening. The house was so comfy and inviting right down to the cozy blankets on the couch for evening snuggling and TV time. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Everything was as described. All rooms were clean and we had no bad experiences. Any questions directed to the host were replied to very quick. If another opportunity comes up to stay in the area we'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great communication. Home as represented in the listing. Comfortable beds and the coffee bar in the morning was great! The area is busy, and she has sound machines to drown out noises, which helped us have sweet dreams. Safety area with friendly neighbors. Would stay here again!

House was so clean and smelled wonderful. We were about 5 minutes to the River Walk area. Owner was so on top of everything. She replied immediately when I had a question or a comment. I highly recommend this special place.

Worked well for our stay!

Warm and welcoming home. Great location to downtown. There is quite a bit of road noise, but it didn't bother us. Well stocked home with necessities.

Perfect house for our short stay in San Antonio. Exactly as described and very close to downtown. Didn't notice any road noise as others have mentioned. Highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable beds, easy access to popular sites and entertainment, including the Spurs games. As some reviews noted, there is traffic and train noise, but Gladys provides earplugs if you need them (I didn’t need them myself).

Our family of 6 adults loved our stay in this home. The coffee pot was working, with coffee for our 1st morning, the beds were very comfortable and the house was very convenient for what we wanted to do.

The home was very clean. TV in every bedroom is great. The house was very close to everything we wanted to see or do.

This place was really nice with all the necessary items for our stay, ie... Towels, shower products, hair dryer, etc... things we didn't need to worry about bringing with us. The location was in close proximity to downtown, which was great. The only issue might be that the house is right by the highway on-ramp, so the car noise at night is a little annoying, but the host provided ear plugs.Gladys was excellent in her communication and very prompt to respond to any question. Overall, wonderful, family-friendly time in San Antonio!

This place is exceptionally clean. The towels, sheets, and necessary amenities are upgrades from ordinary options. The host is communicative and provides any needed assistance at a moment’s notice. The casita is a wonderful addition. Lots of space, comfort and close proximity to downtown.

the check in was easy and intuitive. The space was extremely convenient to downtown and the convention center. All the rooms were ample and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for our group and it was well appointed.

The property was perfect for the six of us. My son and his sixteen year old enjoyed the privacy of the Casita where they could stay up late while the rest of us enjoyed the main house. It was so close to everything we did. We will definitely stay again .

This place was a great place to stay. There was a lot of room. All the beds were comfy. The host was easy to get a hold of. It was very neat downtown San Antonio Riverwalk. The place was clean and smelled good.

We had the loveliest stay. The house was so warm, charming and inviting with plenty of space for us to have our own rooms. Every amenity was accounted for from coffee to plenty of towels for the whole group. We’d recommend the stay.

The house and casita were both very accommodating and were exactly what we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent and concerns were addressed immediately. The amenities were more than were expected, and there were very few things we needed to provide ourselves. We would certainly stay again when we come back to San Antonio and need this amount of room again.

Perfect for an entire family!

We stayed here to be close to the Alamodome for my son's graduation from UTSA. Plenty of room to accommodate my immediate family as well as grandparents aunts uncles and 1 small cousin! Plenty of room to socialize, etc and then for everyone to have a room and 3 bathrooms to (not) share! Host provided coffee/creamer for morning and plenty of kitchenware so we coukd cook breakfasts in the morning and spread out conviently located take out at night. Close to Alamodome for the big event and the riverwalk to celebrate afterwards!

1 1/2 miles from downtown. Bus stops half block down. Gladys was very responsive to questions

This property accommodated our group of 4 with plenty of space! The renter replied to all communication in a timely fashion. The house was clean and fit all our needs. Will stay again!

It was just right for our group of 10. Very clean and great location. The foldout couch in the guesthouse out back was the only negative - sank to the middle.

Charming place close to the convention center and downtown.

House was great, cute, charming, and plenty of space for all of us. It was missing a few items that would’ve been useful, but all in all good. The location was convenient but at the same time it was a super busy street. There was constant traffic ( through the night as well) This is a main road that leads to the freeway. I am a light sleeper, so this was a challenge.

This home had everything we needed but the pictures definitely do not quite match the property. There was plenty of room for us inside the main house and the back house. The online pictures make the house look pristine, however it is much older looking in person. Also, this neighborhood is very loud - constant sirens, loud cars, and train whistles. This makes it very difficult to get a good nights sleep while on vacation.

Great home, worked well for the 10 of us.host was most accommodating. Price point was good. Third bedroom in the home needs a clothes rack or hooks on the wall as no place to hang your clothes, coats,etc. also could use more towels in kitchen.

Our family enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are in San Antonio.

Just an overall great experience in this place. Comfy, plenty of rooms for larger gatherings. If you are traveling with 5-6 people (or double that for couples) this is a great spot.

The house was great, clean, great location. Fully stocked and had everything we needed!

The interior is comfortable and clean although the neighborhood was a mix of old and new. The location is close to downtown and easy to navigate. Nearby grocery and restaurants also added to the convenience of location. San Antonio has much to offer for visitors and friendly people. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it as a great place tonvisit
