Charming Home quiet neighborhood lovely back yard 5 min from Garden of Gods

Kitchen well stocked! Backyard and outdoor games were great fun. Location is wonderful.

Excellent home and location for USAFA parents' weekend and family get-together. We were very impressed with the well-stocked kitchen and individual AC units in each bedroom. Cleanliness, condition of appliances, and communication were all top-notch.

Great home and hosts. Love the area. Close to the academy if you have a child at the Air Force Academy.. also nice neighborhood for exercising.

Hosts were very accommodating. Communication was wonderful. House had a lot of space.A big negative is no central air. Only wall units in the bedrooms. No A/C in the downstairs at all in the common areas, kitchen, etc. A ceiling fan and one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The day I arrived the house was all closed up, no ceiling fans on or floor fans. house stay at 81 for five hours. Was very disappointed that there was not central air (as advertised) as Colorado can get hot in the summer. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a study downstairs with a pullout, thinking there was actually four bedrooms, which was not the case.

Located close to many activities so it made it convenient to go back & forth to the house. We had two babies age 2 & under. The convenience of a crib, portable crib, high chairs & a great play room with books & toys was ideal. Host were awesome & prompt to respond to us.

Very excellent property ! Excellent location ! And after a hard day of hiking and touring most of the sites around Colorado Springs, it was amazing to come home to a silent, peaceful and serene setting in a beautiful neighborhood. All and everything you need for a very relaxing retreat !

Great location, very convenient to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. We loved the well stocked kitchen and spacious accommodations. Would stay here again

We had a great week at this home - it was in a great neighborhood and was close to many of the activities we had planned. Weather could have been nicer so that we could have utilized the patio/decks, but just had a cold/wet couple of days last week.Great interactions with the owners - thanks for making the trip enjoyable.

We came with 5 adults; two couples and a single. The accommodations were well suited for both privacy and togetherness. The house is full of interesting things to view and experience. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many scenic attractions, with easy access to Interstates. We were out and about most of the time, and coming back each evening was safe and pleasant. Communication was easy and overall, it was a really nice place to stay!

Diane and Dave were great hosts. This was a perfect place to stay to visit nearby family while having access to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and groceries, etc. The place had all we needed, was clean, and Diane and Dave ensured they were accessible for anything we needed.

Well-equipped and lovely home close to Garden of the Gods. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating. Comfortable for 6 adults.

This was perfect house as the location was 5 minutes from our house and lots gor kids to do. Had plenty of space as most grandkids eanted to stay with us. But we all cooked dinner 2 nights in zVRBO which was fabulous. All the kitchen ware was at hand!! Would rent again if lot of family comes to visit

Great home and location. Art studio and toys to entertain kids. Cozy and everything you need. The owners were so sweet and had great communication.

House was great and the check-in and out was easy.

Our stay was excellent. David and Diane have thought of everything. Great amenities, and attention to detail. The stairs are a bit difficult if mobility is a concern. We would definitely return to this interesting home and peaceful back yard.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything -Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Town Colorado Springs and Downtown Colorado Springs. The house was very nice and clean. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience.

Our stay was so perfect and comfortable. They thought of everything you could possibly ever need. Beds were comfortable. The solariums were nice spaces. There was plenty of room for each of us, from gamers to toddlers to late sleepers and early risers. The hosts were the NICEST and SWEETEST people with empathetic hearts and adoring souls. Lovely people and a wonderful stay! We’re already planning our next trip back!
