Charming Home on a 1-way street near Horses, Bourbon, and Bluegrass Charm.

This was hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in the Georgetown/Lexington area. The house was immaculate, and extremely well stocked. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks, and a very short drive from several nice walking trails. The host was super responsive to questions before our stay, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Every appliance we used was in great working order. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve stayed in, with all the things we needed to cook and eat during our stay. I highly recommend this property, an would 100% stay there again.

This was the second time we stayed at this property, we loved it! It’s perfect for 2 people. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Small housewas very nicely decorated and price very reasonable . Licatio. was very accessible . We had difficulty with thermostat and there was a mouse aluve in kitchen sink. No scissors.

We had such a great stay at this cozy property! The décor is beautiful, the space was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was convenient, and the home had so much charm — truly a wonderful little getaway spot. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We are regular VRBO renters and have been for years. We have only good things to say about this rental and the owner! The home was top notch, nicely decorated, well laid out for my wife and I and two great-nephews staying with us. Great location; close to Lexington, Georgetown, Midway, Kentucky Horse Park, distilleries, breweries, etc. If we are back in the area this is where we will stay again!

Easy check in. No dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, or extra paper towels but now that I know to bring those, I would stay again. It’s an old fashioned neighborhood with kids playing outside and decent parking. It’s easy to get to I75 and they don’t ask you to do much at checkout. Overall an excellent lodging.

Nice cozy home, everything you need for your stay. There were some spiders along all the edges of the rooms but there was a vacuum to clean that up quickly, the house was probably unoccupied for a while. There was a red ant presence in the living room corner, the host responded immediately and took care of it. We definitely would stay here again. Neighborhood was quite and felt safe.

The property was super cute and clean! Our only issue was the neighborhood. We personally felt like we didn’t have much privacy and just felt like we were always being watched by the neighbors. But overall cute little property for a quick stay!

Clean Home. Could use a couple more comforting features, blankets for warmth (temp varies in different rooms). Bring tissues, not a single box of tissues in the house. Could use a coffee table in the living room. Great communication with host. Had 1 miscommunication with host and they made it right. All good overall.

We were very pleased with the organization and cleanliness of the house. It was well renovated and very nice. Mattresses were a little hard and the neighborhood was a little tight but other than that, it’s a nice place to stay.

Absolutely loved the house and the location. House is on a quiet dead end street with super nice neighbors. Found several great restaurants/bars in Georgetown. Would definitely go back again,

We loved the interior of this home, with the wood shelving throughout, barrel and glass kitchen table, etc. Pictures on the listing are very representative of the home itself. The half bath connected to the master bedroom is very small with very little legroom when using the toilet; I'm 5'6 and was able to use it, but I doubt anyone with long legs or over 6' could. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely rent again. Thank you!

We loved the privacy of the little cul-de-sac and all of the updates in the house that made it feel like home during our stay. The back yard was a lovely surprise and great for relaxing after long horse-show days. For only having one full bath, we never ran out of hot water with our whole party showing back to back - huge plus in my book! Would love to stay here in the future if we make it back to the Bluegrass State.

HIghly Recommended! Home was a perfect home base for us. Home is in quiet, safe neighborhood. Half bath was very small, anyone over 5'4 would have a hard time using the toilet. We would stay here again if in the area.

We planned a weekend getaway trip to KY from KC. This cute and spacious house was perfect for us! We enjoyed coming home at night and spending time outside on the back patio under the lights or in the living room just talking. We loved this house and all its charm!

Wonderful home away from home!! My Mom and Aunt, 93 and 96 uears old, respectively, l I me to get together every month. This month was to experience the weekend celebration i. Georgetown, KY! This home was perfect.and met all of needs perfectly!!!

We had a great stay at this VRBO. It was the perfect amount of space for 4 guys to go on a little bourbon trail trip. The location is secluded, tucked away in the back of a cozy neighborhood. It has all the amenities you might need such as a grill or oven. The back porch area is the perfect place to wind down in at the end of the night. TVs available in every room with streaming services included. The home was very clean as well.

My sister and I came to KY for a long weekend. The house was wonderful. Everything we needed and close to all our adventures.

We appreciated the way this property was decorated. It really made us feel like we were in Kentucky, which was a plus. For this price, it is a great deal (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, safe neighborhood, etc.).

We very much enjoyed our stay here. I was traveling with our daughter and 4 grandchildren ages 1-14 yrs old for our annual summer vacation. This house was very clean and had all the comforts of home a hotel just can not offer. The kids loved the toys and games provided here to use. We would definitely recommend staying here!! It’s located in a nice safe kid friendly location with stores for groceries or other essentials close by. Georgetown is a charming town with lots to explore. The hosts Rob and Michelle are so awesome and helpful. Again we would highly recommend
