Charming Home Near Forsyth Park w/ Parking + Outdoor Space by Lucky Savannah

The location of the home was great. Restaurants within walking distance as well as the trolley tour stop at Forsyth Park.

It was spacious with plenty of room to spread out.

Great neighborhood within walking distance to tourist destinations. The layout of the house is great for groups (open concept). Communication with the property management company was excellent and everything went extremely smoothly. Thank you for a fabulous long weekend!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lucky Savannah! What a charming home and so beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided us all a good night's sleep as we had lots of sightseeing and visiting family while staying in lovely Historic Savannah. The hosts provided excellent communication, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was lovely and perfect for our long weekend stay with our toddler and friends. It was comfortable and clean and at walking distance from food and entertainment.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean, had lots of seating for 6 people, and was close to quaint cafes, restaurants, and Forsythe Park. The house is equipped with a starter set of items such as towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and detergents. So it's a good idea to bring your own if you plan to stay more than a couple of days. We had 6 people with 2 new babies so we washed a lot of dishes and clothes! It's good to note that the carriage house above the 2 car garage (which is awesome, by the way), is rented to someone who enters the backyard through a door and goes up the stairs. Just nice to know ahead of time. The renters are nice and stay to themselves. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained. The pictures of the unit are accurate and I would recommend to anyone. Lucky Savannah was responsive within a few hours and provided updates when maintenance workers came by for the carriage house.

Title says it all. Plus a two car garage made parking super easy. Only a few blocks from Forsyth Park, my family was able to walk to all the restaurants and neighborhoods with ease. 10/10 would recommend.

Get access to Forsyth Park and trolley pick up. Kroger is just up the street as well. We mostly did walking except for two days on the trolley and it was perfect location to see several of the historical houses. We did Uber several times and they were usually quick pick ups from this location. The only complaint I would have is the lawn wasn’t mowed…mowed the day before we left and we only had one garbage bag for the whole week in the kitchen.

Well maintained. First place i stayed where the actual was better than the pictures. Well located a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park. Easy walk to most points of interest. Lots of fun places to eat within a few feet (Sweet Patricias Cotton and Rye) Krogers a few blocks away. Couldnt ask for more. House has incredible collection of artto warm up the place. Lucky Savannah couldnt be more responsive. Highly recommend.
