Charming home in the Albuquerque foothills

Well it’s a great location! Kitchen was good, the Stairs were a Challenge for 2 over 50 yrs. The steps are to small. And I almost fell in the downstairs' tub, very slippery!

We felt right at home in the Manitoba house. It was well stocked with everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. Felt like home.

Great stay great property. Did not realize living room had two steps, had to be careful with 90 y.o. father, otherwise perfect for our stay.

I have not stayed at too many properties but this has definitely been the best. You will be pleased. Comfortable, clean, and attentive host. I would not hesitate to return again. You would have to search long and hard to find something to complain about.

House was clean and spacious used it to get ready for wedding and for family and friends to come hang out afterwards

The house is extremely clean, very roomy, property manager was easy to contact and helpful, and there is an amazing master suite. Wish we could have stayed longer!

In town for the Gathering of the Nations Pow Wow. We were in a nice area, close to the event, and close to stores, shops, and restaurants.The house is nice and well stocked. Good communication with Francisco.No tv’s in the bedrooms. We had a great time.Thank you Francisco!

The house was just as described in the listing. It was great to spend time on the outdoor patio. We walked to several stores and restaurants. If we’re back in Albuquerque, we will definitely stay again.

This was a comfortable home in a quiet toneighborhood.

Clean, well stocked (dishes, towels, shampoo), comfortable for a family of 5. Walkable for groceries and trail hiking.

The minute we walked in the door we were impressed. The house was really beautiful and very clean. My mom was able to stay on the bottom floor with the bathroom attached to the bedroom and that really was a great situation for us. The location was good because it was close by my grandson’s wedding reception. We will most definitely stay there again when we have any functions up in Albuquerque and I will and already have told friends and family about this location.

Quick polite responses to questions. Place is perfectly clean Temperature can be regulated well. Attractive and Nicely furnished. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Plenty of extra linens. Kitchen very well furnished with everything needed to cook full meals. Many spices, spray oil, coffee, teas, sugar, etc. Some noise from a nearby main street and Monday morning garbage pickup, but not bad. Otherwise very quiet.

Great for 3 couples, clean, easy to access everything, great location close to the event we were in town for. Everything was right there for us.

Easy check in & out. Wonderful vrbo. Very clean; everything worked perfectly; great location. Property manager was easily accessible and very helpful. Loved staying here. Will definitely stay again when we return to Albuquerque!!!

the house was nice with plenty of room. Larger than normal bedrooms with nice-sized closets and shower tubs in each bathroom. small negatives have to do with the need for a room with double beds and could use new mattresses. with 4 men on a golfing trip, it was a little inconvenient.

The property is in a great location - especially for us as we have family living within a couple miles. Everything was very clean which is important to me. Beds were comfortable which is great after a long day of sightseeing.

The house was clean and beds were very comfortable! The a/c could have been cooler but there was a note telling us not to turn it up (system would freeze up). Overall, we loved the house and worked well for five adults.

This property was exceptionally clean and well kept. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cookware. Everything was in great condition. Great communication from the host, it is evident that they really care about the property and about their guests. I would definitely stay here again.

The temperature upstairs was warm during the night. Noticed the downstairs bath tub drained very slow.
