Stayed Jan 29, 2026The host was so welcoming and tried to make sure the stay was perfect. The house was clean and very well appointed. We could not have found a better place to stay and hope to return on our next visit to the area.

Stayed Nov 12, 2025Patty was very responsive and greated us at arrival. The house is in a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, with ample street parking. It was clean and comfortable. There are two tables to eat/work, which I consider a rare find. A great place to stay in Sac.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024We stayes here because of the Calif. Inter Marathon, perfect distance from the start and Convention Center. This was a great house peefect for a family or by yourself. The owner is amazing! We had communication from the start, we are already thinking of booking for next year! 10/10

Stayed Jun 9, 2024My family and I stayed at Patty's for 5 weeks. Patty was a great host, safe location, and we had almost everything we needed. What I mean by this is that by the 3rd week the washer stopped working - the spin cycle had issues (Patty had previously indicated that certain wash cycles were having trouble with the spin cycle). One of the reasons I chose Patty's place was for the washer/dryer, it was unfortunate that it stopped working. If the washer is one of the reasons you select Patty's place, please ask if the washing machine is in working order. If it were not for this issue, I would have given Patty's place a 5.
