Loved the casita, my husband loved bicycling around town. Especially enjoyed Le Bistro, Athena Eine Crllsr and Azul. The lap pool was amazing and the town quiet and peaceful. The casitas was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!!

The Property Managers, Casago were outstanding. They managed the stay from beginning to end in a professional, courteous and exceptional manner. I can’t say enough about them.

Great location, beautiful setting, lush, environmentally friendly landscaping. Clean, safe community, surrounded by friendly folks. Attended the Monday, Wednesday, Friday water aerobics sessions all three weeks we were in Loretto and spent the remainder of the time hanging out at the lap pool and hopping between restaurants and spas. Our particular favorite was Dos Lobos, an art gallery/sushi bar with the best Bloody Mary I have ever had. My husband said the same thing about his Margarita. We found the little farmer's market run by a local family just off the property open on Wednesday's and Saturday's and just a bike ride away. They were able to keep us in fresh fruit and veg, along with some beautifully prepared local dishes. We found a lovely spot under a palapa on the beach that was private enough that other people intruding on our space wasn't an issue, but with enough action to stay interesting. Cabbed to the historic district in Loretto several times where we enjoyed the really good restaurants, shopped trinkets and included a brief stop at the grocery store to pick up supplies. The people, as always, are some of the friendliest around. Ultimately, it's probably not what we are looking for in an extended (3-4 months) property rental in the winter, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Casago folks are the BEST! I don't think no is in their vocabulary as we had several requests for services that were out of the ordinary and they accommodated us without hesitation. One of them even fixed my glasses! Very quiet and not much of a night life, but the weather was just about perfect and our unit gave 4 adults lots of privacy as one master bedroom suite is on the 2nd floor and the other master bedroom suite on the main level. It might not be appropriate for family's with small children as you have to access one of the bedrooms by going out the entry and up the stairs, but it was perfect for two couples and/or teenagers. Prepare yourself for some starry starry nights on the viewing tower. Magical. Being from Seattle, we don't get much star action here, so nights in Loretto were without question, some of my favorites times in Founders Bay.

Everything went really smooth. Casa was very clean and a great location. Could not have asked for better weather. The Wine Cellar, Bistro and La Sirena Coffee Shop had just reopened. So the timing of our vacation was excellent. People in this the community are all so very nice and friendly. Snorkeling was excellent. Trips to town for shopping and dining was a lot of fun. Best ceviche ever at Mariscos Ivan down by the Loreto sign in town. Ate at Pedro's several times. Excellent food and great service. Can't say enough about Casago. They were so helpful from getting us a cab into town to just about anything else we needed. Spa in Founders Village was awesome for a nice massage and pedicure. Loreto and Casa did not disappoint. .

Wonderful for what it is, if you are looking to stay at a golf club setting on the Sea of Cortez entirely populated by Norte-americanos. I enjoyed how easy it all was to have a short winter break, no hassles, good food at my doorstep plus the the very good spa. High marks for the vibe of very much a healthy outdoor lifestyle.

This is my second stay in Loreto Bay. Our casita was spacious, clean and comfortable, with three outdoor patios, so we were able to get sun in private and with social distancing. We were steps from the local coffee shop, market, lap pool and beach--so nice not to have to drive to these activities. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The beds had firm mattresses (a nice surprise after too-soft mattresses in many BnB's and hotels). The spacious walk-in showers were a treat.

The upper patio is really nice with the outdoor kitchen. We did all our cooking on the bbq. Very convenient location - close to everything. The only complaint is that the main floor is quite dark.
