This Duplex has all the amenities your group will need on their visit to Orlando.

⭐️ Stylish yet comfortable living room setup. Large Roku enabled to stream your favorite services. The couches serve as optional futons to an additional 2 guests each measures 70` in length. Fireplace ambiance and open concept design leading into the bar top and kitchen.

- The bar| lounge has seating for as well as 2 spots at the end of the kitchen island for use as additional hangout or eating space.

‍ ‍ - Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, microwave, stove, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator.

- Master bedroom: The Artist room with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and 55` roku plus sound machine to assist with your rest

- Bedroom 2: The Quad plus room w 43` , One double bed, 3 twin beds and an additional pull out trundle for extra family or friends. The room has a full bathroom with standup shower, tall ceilings, rain shower and backlit mirror for getting ready. The room also has a small desk for remote workers.

This is a Duplex. You have dedicated parking for your unit (3 vehicles).

The backyard Gazebo, market lights and firepit area are shared spaces for all guest to enjoy.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
