Charming Historic Townhouse Steps From USNA

It was great!

We just stayed here for our annual girl's weekend and it was just what we needed. There is a parking garage close by that is free on the weekends. You can easily walk to great restaurants, bars and shopping. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for drinks and food. The only drawback was street noise at night. If you're a light sleeper, it may keep you up. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location simply perfect! Easy to get to the Yard and Downtown.

The townhouse was ideal for our visit to Annapolis. We were within walking distance of all the important destinations including shops, restaurants, the bay, and the Naval Academy. Comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Booking was easy and our host promptly communicated with us and was accommodating.

This was a perfect location and setup for us to visit our son at the academy. Loved the easy convenience and everything was clean inside the house. Definitely recommend!

What a perfect spot for our visit to Annapolis! Walking distance to everything, Don's place was spotless and had everything we needed - we cooked two dinners for my USNA nephew. The kitchen had everything we needed. Don was super responsive!

Recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at this lovely townhouse. It is as described and the location is convenient. The only downside is the parking - on-street parking is confusing (signage indicates a 2-hour limit but apparently not enforced). For overnight parking, there is a garage a couple of blocks away but that's not a great option if you're coming in from dinner on a rainy evening!

The location was perfect, and the home itself was clean, charming, and exactly what we needed for our stay.

Great location, very cozy and comfortable little spot near the USNA. Excellent communication, very clean, and easy check in process. The road is a bit noisy at night so plan for white noise options. The owner provides ear plugs for super light sleepers- but we slept fine with white noise on our iPhones. Great access to Uber/Lyft so if you can avoid bringing a vehicle - it makes life easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Don was wonderful in every way. He was attentive and helpful and checked-in to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. He was communicative and friendly and very accommodating. The apartment itself is thoughtful and tasteful and beautifully finished, with every luxury and comfort. 10/10.

I love this property and host! Incredible place to stay close to museums the Naval Academy, local shopping, excellent restaurants and the airport. I will highly recommend this property to friends & family.

We had the best time at this rental — it was accessible, cozy, stocked with things like good toilet paper (silly, but we noticed and appreciated!), and in an amazing location! Absolutely recommend!

We had a great time. Accommodation was centrally located to all of our planned activities at the Naval Academy and downtown. Clean, nicely furnished. Parking was not the challenge we anticipated. We really enjoyed staying here.

Very comfortable and light and bright. Close to all the cute shops and restaurants on Main Street and Maryland Ave.

Stay was geat. Don was very accomodating and followed up throught our visit. Home was as depicted. Very clean, organized, and in the heart of Annapolis within walking distance of most attractions and shops. We rented a car and parking was a challenge but figured out parking garages and street parking options. Plan accordingly.

Super location, terrific amenities, great communication. Would definitely stay there again!
