Very nice but a lot of extra charges when actually bookingThe extra charge for bringing dogs seemed a little excessive and also it was advertised as close to three hundred a night and ended up being closer to 500 a night

We loved this spacious, spotlessly clean house! Perfect for our family of four (including a 3-year-old and 13-month-old) with plenty of room and cozy nooks for quiet reading. Thoughtful extras like extra fans in the bedrooms, a super-comfortable bed, and a secluded-yet-convenient location made every moment relaxing. Check-in was effortless and restaurants were just minutes away. Already hoping to return—highly recommend! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Wonderful stay. Had everything we needed. Beautiful home and setting. Quiet. Far enough away from the congested village traffic and yet close to get to anything we wanted to do. Adult children and their dog met us. Perfect stay for them as well. Very relaxing and enjoyable for all of us!

Although the location was great, this property had a lot to be desired. We had trouble with the window air conditioners and place was very dusty. The kitchen lacked basic supplies. We contacted VACASA every day in regards to a smoke alarm that we could not find to turn off. It suited our needs, but we wished that it was so much more.

House was accurately described, tucked away in a woody area, with privacy all around, in a quiet neighborhood. Just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of Ogunquit, but only minutes from the beach. The house included all amenities you could ask for, and the extra beach chairs and towels were great accessories for beach days. Wi-fi, garage, and door codes were easy to use, and the outdoor patio setup was lovely. The one thing I would have preferred is a king size bed in the primary bedroom, there is plenty of space for one.Otherwise, this was a great spot for our family vacation!

Spent a long weekend with family during a big snow storm and it was an amazing time. The home was everything it said and more! Every corner was a new and Beautiful space in the home that is well kept, clean and fully stocked! Loved every aspect as it was secluded but near what you needed, hot tub was great along with the beautiful sunroom/reading room! 10/10 recommend!!!!

pros of house: well stocked kitchen, great location (close to downtown and beaches), very quiet cons of house: need better window treatments in the bedrooms Additionally, we had issues with the heat/hot water during our stay, where we did not have either for almost 24 hours, and traveling with a baby, we could not stay in the house because it was 54 degrees and ended up having to check out early. The problem has since been addressed by the management team and we are appreciative of that. There was also a large amount of mouse poop in the garage (there was NO evidence of anything in the house), but this was less than ideal because we were at the house with our dog who kept getting into it. I do think these issues will 100% be fixed for the next renters (I think my family and I took one for the team) but I do think its important to be transparent about our experience.

This is a quiet home in a beautiful neighborhood. Step into a time gone by with the decor, but with all the modern amenities. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in the hot tub. Lots of nooks & crannies to spread out the family.

The personality of this wonderful home charmed us. The soaring wood paneling, comfortable furnishings, and unique layout stole our hearts. The upstairs loft is full of rare children's books; the downstairs den has a piano and plenty of sheet music. This is not a generic hotel experience. The personal touches make it feel as though you've walked into the civilized home of some very cultured and sophisticated people. The imaginative use of lofts and interior balconies feature skylights giving views of tree tops. We are eager to return!
