A beautiful place to stay in a friendly and accommodating neighborhood. Close to a lot of great entertainment and dining options. The price was fair for what all is offered and the host and her husband are amazing. My wife and I would definately return to this cottage for future Louisville vacations!

Good price for the rooms. Be aware that there are 2 units so there is a stairway up to the second.

The Carriage House was so comfortable and homey. The location was central to our favorite Louisville places. It was perfect for our party of 4 ladies.

Loved our stay! The TV gave us some issues and my hubby was not a fan of the soft soft soft mattress. Great location- close to everything. We would definitely come back.

The Highland Carriage House is exactly that...a lovely place on the property of the owner.The house was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was great as I was there for Bellarmine baseball.

We had a great stay! The cleanest place I’ve ever rented on VRBO. We loved sitting on the sunny deck. We each had a bedroom and our own bathroom and the living space was so roomy and comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Extremely cute and safe neighborhood!

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're in Louisville and you just need a homebase to sleep and you don't like hotels, this is perfect. When we had some extra time, we walked around the quiet neighborhood. We found a great coffee shop and there are all sorts of cool shops/restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend it. The host was great to work with! The location is great, with easy access, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The carriage house has 2 great size bedrooms with nice bathrooms and a nice open living and kitchen space with everything you need for a nice stay.

Rooms were great very clean. Didn't like all the cameras everywhere. Made me wonder if there might be a few inside the place too. I arrived at night, so finding my way back to the cottage was a little tricky. Could use more lighting. There were two key boxes both set to same #. Also there were two different keys not sure what the other key was for. Room was unlocked when I arrived. Not sure why the locks had tape over them? I later figured to lock the room after I left I had to use a code for the deadbolt. Generally the property was well kept in a nice neighborhood. The accomodations were great and very clean. I would stay here again.

Such a clean and quiet little apartment. Very convenient to have a kitchen and laundry during a basketball tournament. Host was very responsive to questions.

This property was a great base for our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We very much appreciated the book left by the hosts with information on restaurants and other nearby needs. We got some great recommendations from it and almost as important - some advice on where NOT to eat. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood near the famous Bardstown Road.

We were only there at night. There is coffee for the morning which was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants near buy and only 10 min from downtown. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recomend.

Beautiful and comfortable, my husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The proximity to interesting neighborhoods was perfect and we loved going home to the carriage house after the city experiences.Our hosts suggestions of restaurants and activities were helpful and spot on. Everything was just as described if not better. A great spot.

We loved everything about this gorgeous quiet neighborhood. We were close to everything and the host had a book of recommendations that were spot on for dinner and breakfast. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again, though we would bring our own pillows next time. You feel right at home here.

Very nice place. Wish we had our own pillows. AT&T tv was a bit glitchy but, I realize not everybody has choices when it comes to internet. The Carriage House is a wonderful home away from home. It is also in a great location and beautiful neighborhood. Extremely clean and comfortable living and bedroom furniture. The kitchen and bath linens are well stocked. The host is superb and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. Our next trip to the bourbon trail will include the Carriage House.

Excellent location in Louisville, close enough to anything you want to do in Lou, but far enough away from the inner city to feel safe. Property owners were always close by / present. Carriage house was clean, well furnished. We greatly appreciated the washer and dryer. Thanks for the amazing stay!
