Charming Heritage Haus, 2 Blocks from Main St—Your Perfect Fredericksburg Escape

This property was perfect for our low key girls’ weekend. Beautiful fenced in backyard. Spacious bedrooms and lots of living space and a big kitchen. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but close to Main (walking distance). In the wee hours I spotted two deer strolling down the street. And cardinals serenaded us every morning. Just lovely all around.

The property was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was stocked fairly well. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a great place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. We did drive to the main shopping area, but we were able to find parking. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

We loved this house. Very clean and great location. Coffee in the morning on the patio under the tree is worth the trip.

We loved our stay at this downtown property. It’s close to everything and has lots of room both inside and outside. Rooms are a good size with closet space which was great. You can hang things up and don’t have to live out of a suitcase. The house is a great size for family or friend’s traveling together. We spent evenings on the patio enjoying the wonderful weather. Great to have patio access right off the kitchen. And we Loved being so close to coffee runs in the morning and dinner in the evening. We had a great dinner at Alla Camaigna. And we were able to walk. And the neighborhood is very walkable as well. Lots of people walking with dogs or babies. It was very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to spend a weekend in Fredericksburg.

Excellent accommodations, plenty of room, and well maintained.

Very charming home, the host was very accommodating and was available when needed. Parking was great, we only had one vehicle but if we would have had another car that would not have been a problem. There was a problem with the faucet in one of the bathrooms however, when I called the host, he was able to walk me through how to fix. If I had to say anything negative, it would be to put a different faucet in the bathroom.

The house was exactly as depicted, very clean, comfortable beds, and fully stocked including coffee!

Home and location was amazing.

The four of us (two couples) loved this house! The split floor plan was great for that. We enjoyed the area, the Pacific War Museum, wineries and breweries. Easy to check in and out.

Very nice property. The only small issues we had were that we couldn’t find steak knives and the plug in the back bedroom on the side wall doesn’t work so my husbands CPAP died in the middle of the night after the battery was depleted.

Great quiet place. Had a garbage disposal issue that was addressed by host. Enjoyed our stay.

Nicely decorated house. Plenty of room. Liked that the master bedroom was separate from other bedrooms. Easy check-in/out. Plenty of parking in driveway. Cute backyard to hang out! Great host communication! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our family time at this adorable home. It was well stocked, clean, comfortable, with great decor. It has a pretty, quaint backyard with a deck and firepit. Perfect.

We celebrated my sister’s 50th birthday with 6 women. This house was a great stay for all 6 and so close to Main Street. For those who love cooking in home away rentals, this place had quality pots. We also loved the outdoor oak tree and space. Host is very responsive.

We were two adult couples that stayed over a weekend. We liked the separation of the bedrooms for privacy and really enjoyed the backyard deck and fire pit. The kitchen was good sized and had everything we needed. The proximity to downtown was also a plus. Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others.

I can’t say enough great things about this home. My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we were blown away by the house, the location, the communication, the cleanliness and all of the thoughtful details that went into making this our perfect weekend getaway.We loved everything about this house…the way it was set up for us to hang out together and drink wine in the evenings, the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and all of the comfort and amenities that went into making this an enjoyable stay and weekend. It was a beautiful house decorated perfectly for our college reunion of five roommates from 40 years ago! Plenty of space inside and outside to talk and catch up with each other and everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfy too. We were a couple of blocks from Main Street and were within 5 minute driving distance of many restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

We had such a nice stay. The home was as cute in person as it is in the pictures. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We did have a small issue but on call staff Ashley responded quickly and fixed the problem and was so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this unit again. Can’t wait until our next stay.

Stayed with four other friends and was the perfect space!

The property has a good location but the bathrooms where not good enough, the hot water was compromised, the grill is not new, the outdoor furniture could have outdoor pillows, and the overall cleanliness of the property is just ok, not very clean.

My 4 friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of space for all of us to get ready together. It was a 10 minute walk to the Main Street shops. We would stay again!
