Very clean, quiet neighborhood, walked everywhere. Was as promised. Great stay, I recommend it!

Overall it was good - there were some issues that need addressing - knobs kept coming off the drawers in the kitchen, the toaster did not work, toilet was running. I suggest spending a bit more on the roll of paper towels - very cheap quality. Queen size bed was very comfortable however the small beds were not. My son had to sleep on the sofa. Shower pressure was excellent. All was good for the price. Would check on the items noted above.

The Lucky Savannah Property company was terrific to work with and addressed the very minor things we wanted: more towels and a ceiling fan that was not working consistently. Also they extremely responsive with booking questions and help. Big Kudos to them! Anyone considering this property should know that the staircase to the 2 bedrooms is very steep, somewhat narrow and are consistent with an older house. Mobility would be a BIG consideration here, as the only bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs that have narrow depth, and some inconsistent spacing. (Historical property issue?)The furniture in the living room and generally speaking is in fair to shabby shape. Not terribly comfortable, but workable. The upstairs bedroom with the twin beds, has truly one mattress that should be replaced. It is old, not very supportive and thin in depth, also very noisy when body weight shifts. The other twin is fine. The master bedroom (also upstairs) was fine. The kitchen is great, but the pots and pans need upgrading as they have Teflon or nonstick coating that has been overly scraped and damaged. The appliances work well; fridge, stove/oven, washer and dryer and are clean. The outdoor area was a great place to hang out. Some attention is needed in overseeing trash that was in the bushes needs pickup, and maintenance tools (cans of paint etc. by back porch steps) could be put away. Overall, the house was clean and well maintained. As stated, I think the owner needs to address some of the stated aspects to really make this a better rental. Location is slightly off the beaten track but close enough to do a 10 minute walk and be in fun areas.

We loved the location. The stairs made me nervous but my 3 year old was fine with it. Heads up- bathroom is downstairs. Off street parking and back patio could have used some sprucing up but overall we loved having that space. Proximity to the park was perfect. We ended up driving to the river front but could have easily caught the bus. We would recommend the location and rental.

We loved this property. It had a wonderful outdoor area. Easy to walk through downtown.

Lovely, convenient apartment. Steep staircase between bedrooms and bathroom our only complaint.

The location is perfect, and the condo was great too. The only thing to note is that the stairs are unusually narrow and steep, with the bottom few being different heights, too. Tricky for the kids to navigate, but otherwise we were really comfortable during our stay.

Such a cute place! So comfortable and quiet. Just enough room for 4 adults, even with one bathroom.

Great home. Nice location, walking distance to Forsyth park and downtown. Comfortable, clean, and quiet.

The location is very walkable ( just not in the summer, too hot). The property is very clean and the shower is wonderful with great water pressure. Like some reviews mentioned the staircase is very steep and slippery. The kids fell several times. Out of the 3 beds one was great the king bed andbone of the twin beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay especially withkids.

Would definitely stay here again. Suited our needs just perfectly. Location was wonderful. Parking was a plus. I had read all of the reviews so I knew what things were not in the kitchen and brought them myself , such as a cookie sheet.

We loved this accommodation! Very roomy for two people, great location near Clary's and several squares. It was quiet. It was clean & comfy. One tip: the bedroom facing the street has a LOT of natural light, so bring an eye mask and you'll be golden. Decorations are great and there are several good photo opp areas in the house. A family of four could easily stay here.
