Charming Goodyear home! Perfect for spring training.

Pool water was cold despite hot temperatures. A solar cover would really help. Otherwise, a great rental!

Wonderful location to the ballpark. Great neighborhood! Our host was fantastic and very responsive. We would highly recommend this home for your vacation!

Our host was great. Jason does a great job of communicating and making sure you have everything for your stay. The house is amazing and the location is perfect. We spent 11 nights and wish we could stay another 11 nights. We had our adult children and granddaughter spend the weekends with us. I can't imagine anyone finding anything wrong with the house, location, or the host.

Perfect place to stay for our family. Close to baseball, restaurants, shopping but we loved the pool and air conditioned house!! Everything we needed in a hoise. Well stocked with essentials - spices, Kiera coffe pods, TP, paper towels, shampoos, hair dryer. Even water and beer!! I rate this a 10!! It was such a wonderful weekend with our family and to celebrate my husbands 70th Birthday with baseball and food!! What can be better! Thank you!!

Enjoyed my stay

We stayed 2 months. House very spacious and well stocked. Excellent location! Jason, our host, was very responsive with any general questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay at this VRBO again.

We were very pleased with our stay here for our Spring Training trip. The Goodyear ballpark was literally 6 easy minutes away. We sat by the pool every morning and evening enjoying the relaxing and beautiful backyard space. We all found our beds very comfortable (very important!). The neighborhood provided a safe, easy place to walk in the morning. We all were tickled to find the home with so many extras for the guests. We were especially pleased with finding coffee pods, creamers and sweeteners to last throughout our stay. We hope to be back!

The location was extremely close to watch preseason baseball! Many restaurants close by to choose from. There was a park with walking trails just minutes away. The house was impressive! It was decorated nicely. It was very clean. It was also well stocked with necessities.

Wonderful house for a Soring Training Trip!! So convenient and nice for 3-5 people! We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!
