Charming getaway in prime location with fast WiFi, W/D, and central AC

Very property in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient for our needs. Had problems with the door code. Vacasa was helpful.

When we inquired about earlycheck in the day before our arrival, we did not hear back until late evening the day of check in. When we arrived at the property we were unable to access it with the door code given. After a 45 minute phone call with 2 different individuals,we still had not been given the correct code. About 30 minutes later we received a text from Katie with the correct code and she had someone go to the property to verify it worked. She was the only helpful person we talked to and went out of her way to make sure we had access.The shower/tub was partially broke, could only take a shower as the faucet was stuck to shower only.

Had some trouble getting the code to work to get into the unit (typo in our directions) had trouble with the internet also typo in our directions that were emailed to us but after got that straightened out. The manager touched base with us a couple of times very nice.close to all our favorite places the beach, Docs Beach House, the Fish House, Melissa ice cream.will stay again and interested in the larger unit beside when more family come to visit

Almost everything was great on the property except the dryer broke down right when we got there. We had two small children and needed to do laundry regularly. So we had to hang dry clothes all over the house. The management company offered to have housekeeping do our laundry, but we didn’t really want to have someone else do laundry for us. The dryer wasn’t fixed until the end of our stay. I would give this a 4.5/5 really since everything else was fine! Great location and easy drive to the beach!

Clean, management handled issues quickly. But the fact that this was listed as a home, was a bit of false advertising. We were very much disturbed by the two different groups that were in the unit next door. Since we were not expecting to share a wall, this really was disappointing. Again, it was clean, in a decent area, close to the beach, but if you get a loud family next door, you might not be able to sleep.

Home was very comfortable and loved the screened in back porch! Great location to get to stores and beach. There were just two of us but plenty of room for a family of four.

Nice, newly renovated 1st floor apartment. New furnishings, very clean. Washer & dryer worked fine. About a mile to beach, very convenient to businesses on Bonita Springs Rd. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood of working people. The other, larger, unit in the house is to the side and partially above this unit.

Super quiet neighborhood and awesome location. Traffic is a bear this time of year (everywhere) - so take a look at back streets to help you get around to traffic lights. Nice screened in porch and backyard. Very nice place.

Everything was fairly good except the washer and dryer very out dated Wouldn’t stay here if you have a lot of laundry.
