Stayed May 23, 2025Pros good neighborhood, decent pricing.Cons, not accurate listing for number or beds/sleeps maybe 8... Sharing beds. Not a lot of outlets, TV can't plug in, in one room. One fan wasn't working, no a/c upstairs

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The house is very old, however, the owners have made updates that make it comfortable. Very clean inside. The kitchen and bathroom is well stocked. The neighborhood is very well kept and people/neighbors are very friendly. I would recommend for adults or corporate stays just because the stairways are a little steep and lacking in handrails. Had a great experience with the host which means a lot to me when I book a vacation rental.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024We arrived; there was trash everywhere all in the yard as well as in the backyard. House smelled like smoke. Grill does not work, property key system needed batteries and locked me and my new born outside for hrs. Would not recommend at all.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Positives - good neighborhood, house was clean. It was a location I desired. Negatives - DEFINITELY does NOT sleep 10. It sleeps 6 comfortably. The owner did not turn the air conditioning on prior to arrival and it took 24 hours to cool the house down (it never really called down) and it was 90 degrees outside. There was no hair dryer - even though the owner insisted that there was. If you’re desperate to rent a house in Homewood, this may be one of your only options, but I will not be staying here again. I have used many home rentals. This was by far the most disappointing.
