Charming Full Home in Downtown Escanaba – Walk to Beach, Park, and Marina!

The house is very charming and was perfect for our stay! It had all the amenities that we needed. We look forward to staying there again soon!

I was concerned that the nearby construction project (Escanaba is updating its water infrastructure) would disrupt the peace & beauty of this house that looks over Ludington Park & Lake Michigan. It had minimal impact, and actually provided some entertainment. We had a wonderful time!If you want beautiful views and immediate access to Ludington park for walks and cycling, this is the place. Additionally, Craig is a wonderful, easily accessible host.This was our fourth, and final, effort at finding the right rental for our annual trip to Escanaba. We have already booked for next year!

I stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It is well equipped with everything you need. The only downfall was that the road was torn up in front of the cottage heading around the park. Nothing you can do about construction in Michigan in the summer.

Great location! Super clean house with beautiful views, comfy beds, great kitchen and perfect location to explore Escanaba from and relax afterwards on the porch looking at the lake. Would definitely stay here again and host was friendly and super quick to respond to messages. Had a wonderful time in Escanaba!

We stayed four nights. We didn't cook, although we used the coffee maker, and dishes and glasses. Some leftover vegetables were in the refrigerator when we arrived; I guess I should have thrown them out, but I didn't.I might suggest adding a nightlight to the upstairs bathroom, which might help people not have to turn on the light (and thus the fan) when someone needs to use the bathroom at night. We saw a nightlight in the living room and moved it to the bathroom (sorry, we forgot to put it back).Very comfortable house in a great location.

Enjoyed the locations and home

We had a great stay at the house, it was clean and very well maintained, the views from the property were amazing, and close by to restaurants and shops. The host (Craig) was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were there during early spring so it was a little chilly and we were not able to enjoy swimming or boating on Little Bay De Noc across the street, but we will be looking to return to the property during the summer months when it is warmer to do some boating. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the UP and want to enjoy a quite little getaway.

The property was beautiful, and the view was fabulous. Close proximity to paths for walking. We had a very nice time in the beautiful city of Escanaba and plan to return.

This home in Escanaba, MI is a great place to stay. The home is a nice size, there are plenty of spaces to sit/walk (indoors & outdoors), furniture & beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, showers can accommodate taller persons (hubby is 6’3”), and a nice concrete slab for parking a couple of vehicles. The host graciously & quickly answered questions about the property prior to scheduling the rental. The area in which the home is located appears to be undergoing a revitalization - plenty of small businesses as well as plans to build new condos. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great space. Close enough to anything you’d like to do in Escanaba and just steps from the beautiful lake. Always something happening in the park in the summer. The bedrooms and living area are spacious and comfortable and the porch and yard that butt up to the park give you so many options for outdoor activities.

Things to do no matter which way t you turn when exploring location. The house had comfortable king beds and appreciated having a washer and dryer to use. The living area was comfortable and functional.

This house was perfect for a week stay/vacation in the Escanaba area. Location and amenities were all top notch. Never anticipated we'd enjoy it as much as we did. Already planning our next trip here.

Beautiful home tucked in quietly on Escanaba's waterfront. The house had everything we needed for our stay and located perfectly too! Not only be close to anything going on, but to also be quiet and relax on one of the amazing porches that face the water. The Host was amazing and was quick to answer any and all questions. Would recommend anyone I know to stay here or if we are ever in the area we will try our hardest to.stay here again

We have family in Escanaba and this was the perfect place to stay while visiting. Definitely will return next summer.
