Charming, Family-friendly, 4br/ba Beach House Just Steps From The Beach!

Our family couldn't have been happier! A lovely, comfortable and well-equipped home in a beautiful neighborhood. It's an easy, two minute walk on the path to access the gorgeous beach. Plenty of beach chairs. We also enjoyed the pool.A great location with much to see and do or to simply relax.

Perfect home for a family beach week in Hilton Head. The location in Palmetto Dunes and the easy stroll to the beach make this ideal. The communication with the owner was prompt, pleasant and informative.Highly recommend.

House was clean and comfortable. Nice inside and outdoor decks short walk to a wide walkable beach. Close to many restaurants and shops. And a family of deer stopped by daily to say hi. Pam and Greg were very responsive overall a very nice house in a great area

Clean house, well kept. We cooked a lot. Kitchen equipment was wonderful. Beds all comfortable. Enjoyed the beach. We did not use pool. It was beautiful. But weather did not cooperate. Location of this home is fabulous.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and at the pool. Access to the beach was also very easy with the path right next to the property. The owners were very responsive and made check-in very easy.

We recently stayed at this beautiful beach home in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, and it was the perfect spot for our three-generation family of seven. The home was spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully set up for a family getaway. The private pool was a highlight—clean, inviting, and big enough for everyone to enjoy together.One of the most thoughtful touches was the incredible supply of beach toys, chairs, and gear provided. It made our trips to the beach so easy and fun, especially for the kids. The location in Palmetto Dunes was ideal—peaceful yet convenient, with easy access to the beach, bike paths, and everything Hilton Head has to offer.We made lasting memories here and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach retreat.

The house was perfect for us. The house is so well equipped and feels like a home away from home. The decor is sophisticated beach. The pool is amazing and there was everything you could need to enjoy the pool. As others have mentioned, the best part is the easy access to the beach. This location is pretty much perfect. The only negative is this house is in high demand. Thank you Pam and Greg for a wonderful vacation. You were so easy to work with and quick to respond. You really want your guests to have the best vacation.

First, our hosts were very communicative. There was an internet outage across the island our first night and our hosts kept us posted every couple of hours as they received updates from the provider.Second, the location was great with the beach path next to house and a very nice size pool.Third, we had all the kitchen equipment we needed to make/enjoy family meals.Fourth, the screened in back patio were great for nightly chats and cocktails. Last, we so appreciated that every room had its own bathroom. With a family/group of 9, that was a lifesaver.We will definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful stay as always. Home is clean and welcoming, and the kitchen has everything that is needed to cook meals there. We love staying at Greg and Pam's home, and they are always quickly responsive if we need them.

This home is just the right size for our family of 8 adults, great outdoor space/pool and location. Can’t wait to return.

We love this place and have stayed multiple times. Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes and super close to beach. Perfect for multiple smaller families.

Stayed for spring break with my family of five - three kids ages 7, 5, and 2. The pool was wonderful and the star of the week (worth the money to pay to heat it if you are there in the spring- it was so warm and delightful at all hours and our kids swam SO much). You are truly walking distance to the beach- 3 min walk, with gear, tops. Close enough to head home for bathroom breaks, grab snacks, etc., without any issue. Also, the area of the beach where the path drops you is much more quiet than further down by the hotels, etc., so it is just lovely. My family brought bikes down, which we used a ton on the bike paths throughout the neighborhood. The house itself was clean and very functional for our family. Tons of bathrooms and plenty of sleeping arrangement options for kids. The kitchen was clean and functional and the open space made it easy to prepare meals while keeping an eye on everyone. Pam is a superior host with excellent communication- she answered all questions promptly and I never worried I might have an issue getting in touch! We are already discussing booking this home for our next spring break- I can totally see why this house has so many repeat guests! Thanks Pam and Greg for such a memorable week!!

What a beautiful home!! We absolutely loved staying there. It was clean and has all the amenities. The location to the beach was awesome. Pam was very helpful before and turning our stay! We can’t wait to come back!!

This is the fifth time our family has stayed at this property and we keep coming back. We love the location and its proximity to the beach and to all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes. Pam is great at communicating prior to the trip and with addressing any issues during the trip. We would recommend for those looking for a great Hilton Head vacation!

We meet with friends that moved to Florida and enjoy catching up. We had some weather issues but we just love your home. Mattresses could be updated, other than that great.
