Charming Equestrian & Vacation Paradise Pool Home

Great place to stay in Wellington. We were down for a short visit to watch the horse show. The place is under 10 minutes from WEF, is clean and stocked with everything you need. Roman and Alex were quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Would stay again!

Was better than expected

I debated writing a review about this as I did really like and enjoy the property and the owner was wonderful, but the more I sit with it I feel it needs to be said, especially because no compensation was offered for the state of the pool. We arrived on Friday to find the pool full of green algea and a dead bird. To be fair the owner was extremely quick to deal with it and sent someone within an hour to shock the water. Unfortunately when you shock a pool it means you cant use it for 24 hours. So basically Friday and Saturday for most of the day the pool was unusable. Saturday we decided we wanted to use the jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi was broken. It never got to temp and stayed at 88. The owner was quick to respond and gave us the number for a maintenance man, but we didn’t end up calling. Our trip was almost over and we didn’t feel like spending time trying to trouble shoot a hot tub that we probably wouldn't be able to use because even if we got it working, it wouldn’t heat up in time. For a property that leans heavily on the pool as part of the charm, this was pretty disappointing. It clearly hadn't been maintenanced in awhile and definitely not prior to our arrival. I think if we'd been refunded even a little for the fact that the pool and hot tub were unusable, it would have taken the edge off. The owner did offer to give us a discount next time, but this was a work trip and we wont be back. The house itself was great, comfy beds, clean, goodAC. And the owner was attentive

We were in town for the horse show and this house was perfect for our group.The house was perfect size, very clean and comfortable and was close to everything shopping, grocery, restaurants and the show. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day at the show. Would definitely book again.

Roman was a great host and the home was absolutely beautiful! His home is exactly what it looks like in the photos! We would definitely come back.

The communication was wonderful and we loved the place!!!

We had 2 families of 4 and our parents stay at the property. It was a great place where we were all comfortable and had plenty of space to be together or apart;). We walked every morning and enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful backyard Close to everything you need!
