Wonderful restaurants, including Le Stick Nouveau, Rogue's Manor, The Grotto, Devito's, Nibbles, Local Flavor, and several others are steps away. Eureka Springs Historical Museum is only a block away allowing you to view the cultural history of Eureka Springs and the surrounding area from its founding to the present day. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

And don’t forget our plentiful art galleries. In a town of 2,000, some 300 residents are working artists. Acquiring a treasured piece of original art is not hard to do in Eureka Springs!

Our house is ideally situated at the South entrance to the Historic Downtown, offering convenient access to local transport options. Explore the town with ease using the readily available trolleys, taxis, and sidewalks. Enjoy the unique experience of navigating the historic hills and secret stairs, while also having access to hiking and biking trails. Parking is available off the street, and you'll find it easy to get around to enjoy all that Eureka Springs has to offer. This is an ideal location for exploring downtown Eureka Springs.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling. Above all, have a great stay. We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.     Cottage was so cute, beds very comfortable, water pressure in shower amazing. Walkable to everything we needed. Definitely recommend! We will be back!!

    Check in was easy, the place is furnished nicely. The walk to downtown isn’t bad at all considering how hard it is to find parking. Eureka is a place I visit a few times a year, and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for having us!
