Charming Downtown Coeur d'Alene Home with Yard!

The house was spotless and the couches were adequate for relaxing during our downtime. The home was close enough to downtown that on a nice weather day, we could have walked to town. There was plenty of space to park all three cars. The temperature was chilly when we arrived but we found the thermostat and the house warmed up fast. My husband couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV, so I contacted the host and he was pretty quick to get make to us. Once it was figured out how to turn the TV on, it was nice to have cable and easy to navigate. Overall, we would stay there again.

Holiday family gathering from five different cities and we had a blast! Everything we needed was there including specialized kitchen utensils to plenty of chairs for seating. Thank you for the beautiful home and experience.

It is a nice older home located in a nice neighborhood but close to downtown. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Very clean house and well maintained Water could have been hotter for showers

Perfect location. Having AC was awesome in that heat. The kitchen had everything we need3d, nice pots and pans. Beautiful furniture. Master bedroom bed was very comfy. Beautiful yard to hang out in.

Nice home close to restaurants and lake. Quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately tv situation wasn’t the greatest- cable did not work and quality wasn’t great. House was clean and very comfortable. Suggestion would be to upgrade the patio area. But we would definitely stay again.

The house was great for our family. Excellent location, plenty of room. Well worn, but comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location and the AC worked really well, which we appreciated! Unfortunately, the BBQ had no propane and is very small, the patio furniture felt very flimsy and the plastic kept cracking. The cable on the TVs didn’t work. We wished the yard was fenced in so the kids could run around more. A few fixes would make this a much better stay.

Very dated but kitchen had most everything. Great location to everything. But didn’t have a hairdryer. Location location.

The house was so cute and clean. Everything was perfect, beds were a little uncomfy though, but that’s just my opinion.Overall a great stay!

This is a charming home set in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the lake and parks. The rooms are spacious and overall well kept. The patio is perfect for outside dining. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and toys. Temperature was well regulated upstairs with window air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. The house handled our crew of 9 very comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay. I’d have 3 recommendations (minor): a cutting board (maybe we didn’t see it), a Keurig machine, and a queen bed instead of a full in the upstairs bedroom. This was a beautiful, quaint house with lots of room and comfort. We all gelt very relaxed and at hime during our stay.

The location was amazing! We were able to walk everywhere - we had an amazing time. House had everything we needed. However, 3 of our partying was coughing and sneezing any time we were back at the house. The house seemed clean enough - we assume the age of the house, or maybe residual dust caused our allergies to flare up?

We absolutely loved this location. The house was cute and exactly what we expected per the photos.

We had a little trouble opening the lockbox in the cold but the property manager took our call immediately. The house was very warm and cozy and perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed this alot, everything was within walking distance and very convenient. Your home was beautiful. Recommended this stay for a family we had 11 in our family and was perfect fit.

Amazing location and so much space! This place is much larger than appears in pictures. Had everything we needed and was extremely convenient for walking to the lake and fun activities! Highly recommend staying here!

Cute neighborhood, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. We didn’t use the kitchen or living area but noticed it was well-stocked. The welcome book was helpful for suggestions on everything from hikes (which we did!) to restaurant's in the area. Seemed to be owned by a great, loving family who are offering guests a nice place to stay.

We loved our stay in CDA! It was absolutely perfect for walking to the lake, walking to 4th of July parade - tons of restaurants and shopping located within a quick walk. The kitchen had tons of plates, cups, pots & pans. Lots of cleaning supplies available as well as the house being in great, clean condition made for a great stay for our family. We would definitely recommend this property.

We were here for a wedding. House very suitable for our needs. Loved the location - close to downtown and loved the city!
