Property was exactly as described. Simple but well stocked with the necessities. Great little getaway for the two of us and our pup.

The lake front yard is very large and pleasant. We saw ducks and a heron on the water each day. The palm trees and other trees provide good shade. Yard needs cleaning up; small cottage is very clean and nice, except that little water comes out of the bathroom faucet. A good place to stay on a budget, and if you have a small dog, although the yard is not fenced.

The small cottage has a very nice bathroom except that the stream of water from the sink faucet is very little. The kitchen water pressure was better, as was the shower. The washer and dryer are very nice. The one-room cottage has okay beds for two of them; a little saggy. The dining area is very cute with a 1950s style red and chrome table and chairs. The TV is very small and doesn't get many channels. The grass was over a foot tall in many places, but a man did come and mow on our second day, which helped a lot to walk our small dog. There is much tree debris and branches around the sides of the big yard, both front and back, and all the furniture was dirty. The kayak had very dirty water in it that we couldn't get out. The paddle boards have trim that is falling off. The lake water not usable, due to the recent floods about 3 weeks ago (city and county news bulletin out), with brown floating debris, but it was pretty to look at overall. Overall the nice big yard has great lake frontage for a pretty view; too bad we couldn't go in the lake. The yard looked quite neglected overall.

We loved the fact that we could use our boat from the house. The lounge area near the water was nice. We were happy to find such a reasonably priced rental right on the water. The queen bed wasn't as comfortable as the full..it does need a foam topper. I would also suggest protecting your mattresses with the zippered protectors. Same for pillows. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were total chaos but we managed. Such a small thing but easily managed by a good housekeeping team.

Swings in the trees, easy access to the water. Very clean and small which is what we were looking for. Prices reasonably for a weekend getaway. Satellite and a larger tv would be a perk since we stayed during college football season otherwise this was a great place to go.

We booked this place for my son’s high school bass tournament. The location couldn’t have been better! The boat slip was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the ac was cold!! It had all the accommodations one could have asked for.

Great little cabin. Clean and inviting. The house had everything we needed from cooking utensils to clean towels and even back up propane for the grill. We didn't use any the paddle boards but awesome to have that available. Good location of being out oof the way but not too far.

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. Clean, cozy home. The AC worked great and kept us nice and cold at 69 degrees. We booked this place because we wanted a place on the water where we could also dock our boat and not have to pay Marina fees. It worked out perfectly and they have a nice quiet cove where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture and/or the water sports equipment. My wife didn't think she would like the interior design but we booked it because the price was in our budget. She ended up loving it and wants to go back. No doubt, we'll go back.

We arrived as the owners were leaving as they had just replaced the ac unit. What a sweet and caring couple. The cabin was just like the photos. The neighbors were friendly and the water toys, fishing poles, and grill were an awesome touch. We could not have asked for a better stay. Our AC at home had gone out and this was perfect timing for us. Thank you for a great staycation!

The drive into the neighborhood made us wonder what we would find, but we were pleasantly surprised to find this cute little house. With fishing poles, a kayak and a paddle boat on premises, and the property being right on the river, any fishing enthusiast would love it. In addition, it was great for the two of us because it was a very quiet area and allowed for great relaxation and enjoyment of the various birds (Canadian geese, blue herons, various songbirds).
