    The location of property was awesome. The property has a great layout and design. There are issues with the latch on the gate leading to the front door. Maintenance came out and fixed it. Still, the latch needs to be upgraded. Does not function well. There are no remotes for the ground floor bedroom which we used. We called to get one but they dropped off as promised. Also, there were clothes left by previous tenant in the bedroom. Also there was some empty cans left in the kitchen cabinets. Last, I would suggest that owner either replace two of the chairs in the living room or put covers on them because they have stains. We used our own linens and towels, hence the reason the beds were not stripped when we left. Again place is great and neighbors were very nice. We will be renting again in the future.     House and location are excellent. It was great to have the private dock available. Had one issue with internet, however, after quick phone call that was remedied. On another note, the house wasn’t cleaned properly. We found most of the issue with the kitchen counters and dining room table. This wasn’t enough of issue to have them come in and clean as we were only there for three days. Overall I would highly recommend this property. Seclusion with access to town only couple minutes drive. We can certainly understand why this property is so sought after.

    Starry nights was an excellent get away for our family and friends during the holiday break. We had 5 kids and the house was stocked with games for all ages. The cozy fireplace was a great place to gather and engage in a round of apples to apples. The kitchen was well stocked and appointments were great. We were able to stroll by the lake and it was an easy drive to Wisp for tubing and skiing. We had three minor issues - 1) hot tub was not warm upon arrival, but time cured that and 2 & 3) there was no wine opener or aim a flame - we resolved both with a quick trip to the store. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again. A quick shout out and thank you to the people who plowed the driveway and road. It snowed the last day we were there, when the plow arrived to clear the driveway I went out (without a coat) to ask about the roads and was locked out of the house. They immediately called Railey to let them know to reset the lock so we could get back in. Thanks a million!
