Charming Craftsman ~ Peaceful Home near Centennial Trail ~ Spacious & Private

This place is perfect. Location, charm, comfort, cleanliness, communication with host, etc! Host has thought of literally everything. I have stayed in a million rentals- this one is exceptional! We will absolutely be back.

Overall, the house was very comfy and cozy. The heating system was easy to adjust. Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to use. Only downfall for our stay was the neighbor dog. Woke us up before daylight a couple mornings, then again around 7-7:30 am. Very simple check in process. Thankful for the host allowing us to modify reservation for a day earlier. Our stay was all about the State basketball tournament- our Lummi Blackhawks took championship for 1B.

Everything about this was fantastic. One of the best VRBO stays we’ve had. The place was immaculate and fun to stay at for a few days. It really made our time in Spokane special.

We loved this house! Above and beyond what is needed in a VRBO. They thought of so many details. And the air conditioning was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the thoughtful personal touches like multiple phone chargers throughout the house, dye-free shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, plenty of towel racks, suitcase stands, and even Ziploc baggies. Every detail made it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the homeowner was outstanding from start to finish. I would absolutely love to return in the future!

This house was one of the most comfortable, well supplied and organized houses that we have ever stayed in. Suzie and her husband have done a magnificent job remodeling this older craftsman home. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Suzie was also prompt and gracious in her communications. If we have occasion to stay in Spokane again, we will definitely stay here. Our experience could not have been better!

Great stay with nice amenities. Great location for us to access basketball camps, Hoopfest, breweries and outdoor pools. Had everything we needed in kitchens, bathrooms, everything! Neighborhood made us nervous when we pulled up in our newer car and felt a little out of place but ended up being totally fine and we even enjoyed some evening walks.

This house is as beautiful as the pictures. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. This was one of the nicest stays. We came from Ca for a wedding. It was a long drive and this was an amazing place to stay.

The house has a fantastic kitchen fully stocked. We didn’t eat out the entire stay. The sheets are luxurious and beds are comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay here, the house was perfect for our girls weekend, we had a wonderful time. So many thoughtful touches throughout, such a cute neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

The property was great! Newly remodeled with lots of space in each bedroom. Each bathroom had everything you would need - nice shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, Qtips, cotton balls and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Lots of space in the kitchen too as it is open to the dining room and kitchen nook. Then there is a very cozy living room with a furnace that warms the whole house very nicely. The check in/check out process was very easy and the host was always quick to respond to any text messages. She was extremely compassionate and kind and knew exaclty where everything was located (couldn't find the cheese grater). The house was very accomodating for everyone but I especially appreciated the toys, books and dishes for kids as well as the spray n wash in the laundry room! The house is just a few blocks away from the Centennial Trail overlooking the river. A very nice walk to the trail in a nice, established neighborhood with beautifal trees that were all sorts of fall colors. I talked to 1 of the neighbors who was very nice and offered sidewalk chalk for the kids to use. The house is so inviting and was perfect for what our family needed - a home away from home in a difficult time.

This house is SO well decorated and super solid. No corners were cut in this remodel. Every amenity you can think of was included. They thought of everything. We are Gonzaga and Whitworth parents. I’m hoping this will available for all my trips to Spokane.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and charm of this house! It has all the amenities, even really nice salon quality shampoo and conditioner! Beds were comfortable, towels were super soft and smelled clean, and everything was thought of for the guests. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Suzie and Kurt’s beautiful home in Spokane! The house was very clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. Our stay was easy and relaxed, and I think that was mostly due to their attention to detail! The house was very family-friendly. The young kids in our group loved eating breakfast at the eat-in counter and enjoyed the toys and games to play with. The location of the house was very accessible, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the stay at your beautiful home. I literally took pictures as inspiration for my house. Everything was thought of so thank you. Amazing home! We were uncertain when we pulled into the neighborhood, but home was clean, it was quiet and full of thoughtful amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If we did another staycation I would definitely consider this home again!
