I was here for 4 days and 3 nights and am so glad we stayed here instead in a hotel room. We will stay at this property again if we can. The host went over and above to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable. It is the perfect size for one or two couples and possobly a few children. My husband I were there with our adult daughter and were all quite comfortable in the two private bedrooms. The king and queen beds are much nicer than ours and we all slept very well. The luxury linens, pillows, perfect combination of quality blankets, and plentiful towels are just perfect. The two baths that are joined by a shower with two doors have excellent water pressure and quick hot water. They are both nice and private. We really liked the clever and convenient bath arrangement. The owners preserved some of the original decor and the kitchen is very well stocked and super clean. There is a great coffee center with good coffee provided and a seemingly new fridge. There is no dishwasher but it is not a problem at all. Parking is safe and accessible in the driveway. The front of the house is attractive and well maintained as is the back yard. We spent each morning enjoying coffee and sunshine on the private patio out back while making plans for hiking, kayaking, manatee watching and excellent meals with local friends. There is so much more to enjoy in Orlando than just the mouse. Highly recommend!

Great location, we stayed for an event at the camping stadium so not too far away but not too close to where it’s loud. It’s a comfortable house. It could use some upgrades but not a huge deal. The bathrooms are connected by the shower which was interesting. Overall had a great stay!

Great stay. Charming property. Master room was a little hot but it was also brutally hot in Orlando. Hope to return soon.

We spent seven weeks at this location. It was just as listed. No surprises. It was near shopping, great places to eat and the highway. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive! Landscaping was attractive as was the fenced in back yard. Neighborhood was quiet,The step -down shower issue has been solved, and we had no problem using it - plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Bed was comfortable as was the couch with optional footrests. Would stay there again!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, a combo work trip and vacation. The location is wonderful. Seaworld was 25-35 min away depending on traffic. The property is close to Hwy 4 so easy to get on and off. We walked all over Winter Park and felt safe in the property’s neighborhood as well as every where else we walked. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Publix, and many more shops all within a 30 min walk. We walked to the historic district where the Sat morning Farmer’s Market is held and included shops, museums, and beautiful neighbors to visit all throughout the area. This property is 3 blocks from Lake Killarney which offered a wonderful place to walk the dogs. The larger than normal yard included a privacy fence and the dogs loved running around sniffing and trying to catch the squirrels (which of course they never could catch). The patio was a lovely spot to sit in the mornings with our coffee or into the evening as the days cooled off. The property was very clean. The communication excellent. The Internet worked very well for work communication. We experienced a problem with the tv hookup on Sat eve, texted the manager who replied promptly and had the problem resolved quickly. All appliances worked well. The kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked for an extended stay as we cooked a lot at the house. The owners appreciated the feedback and planned to upgrade. 2 negatives-no dishwasher and both bathrooms share a shower which was kind of wired.

The home is comfortable, from beds, to couch,to chairs. Perfect size for my husband and me. Easy access with touch screen, nice driveway for convenience. The yard looked nice (too cold in our stay to enjoy it, though). Because there was no hair dryer in the house, I called the manager, who sent one over quickly. For wine lovers, note that there was no cork screw (we bought one, you can't have too many). The house is quiet, even for light sleepers - a plus near a busy street. Winter Park is great, lots to do, wonderful art nouveau museum, and restaurants galore. But you need patience. Outdated street design, and extraordinary stop light lengths, make driving slow and sometimes torturous. Many areas have sidewalks but it would not be pleasant to walk on the major through streets. Nonetheless, If I return to Winter Park, I'd stay in this rental again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It is represented accurately in the listing and was clean and quiet. This is an older Florida-style bungalow with a big fenced-in back yard perfect for kids and pets to play in safely. It met our needs perfectly and was perfect location to get around Winter Park quickly!

We enjoyed the ease of location in relation to our needs and its proximity to downtown Winter Park, the accommodations, the pretty neighborhood, the good restaurants, and the tvs. The shower was a bit of a challenge, especially for the elderly. It is a shared shower, with each access about a 12 step down. To mitigate this, safety bars are installed. The primary bedroom bed was very comfortable; however, it could use a step stool to get in and out of bed. We're short!
