Charming cozy lake cabin, 300 yds from Lake Texoma beach, fishing, boat ramp!

We had the best stay at this little cabin. The house was just as described; however, there was not a lake view. But the nicest little park with a clean beach, picnic tables and boat ramp is within walking distance. Quiet little neighborhood and very clean property. The fire pit area is amazing, I wish it would’ve been colder during our stay. The house was perfect, plenty of room, and the rooms are all separated for privacy. The microwave stopped working the first night we were there; however, one message to the host and immediately she replied and replaced the microwave with a new one. Great communication. We will definitely be returning.

Had a cousins reunion, This weekend was perfect. The house was so perfect, handicap accessible and parking so that was a very huge plus I wasn’t expecting. We cooked burgers and steaks on the grill while the kids played horseshoes. We highly recommend this host. Walk to the water was very nice and the water was fantastic. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It was truly perfect.

Longest 300yards to water but everything ok

Really enjoyed our stay, house was clean with easy in and out. Park was nice with private boat slip rental. Ample parking for up to 7 vehicles and boat trailer. Highly recommend this rental, Kelly is a gracious host.

Perfect home for our quick trip to lake texoma. We had a wonderful time and the owner was so helpful and responsive to all our needs. Will definitely comeback again!

We enjoyed our lake house stay! Perfect for our big family’s Thanksgiving! Not too far from water and we took our boat and fished off dock as well

Cute property for a 70th party and relaxation. Enjoyed walking to the lake everyday. Would definitely recommend.

The house was lovely! Perfect amount of space for my husband and I and our kids and grandchildren. I guess I misunderstood about being close enough to the lake to see it from the front porch.

Kelly was very gelpful and was quick to reapond. She helped us get in touch with the right person to rent a boat slip at the near by comminity park. The property description was accurate. Check in was a breeze. The house was well stocked.

This is the third year my family has stayed at this property. It’s a short walk or one-minute drive to a small beach and picnic area. It’s close to Little Mineral Marina where we meet our fishing guide.I only wish the kitchen had some newer pots and pans. The outdoor space is a great asset. There is a nice patio area in the front and plenty of parking.We will definitely return next year.

We were meeting family for a quick lake getaway and this property was such a great fit for us! Plenty of amenities on the property and we were a short walk away from the water. Our dogs loved it, we loved it and can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was amazing nice quiet place for a gateaway however I just wish the boat ramp was lil more better and safer to get off the boat 2 docks were privately owned which was a boomer to get off the boat. However great place 😀

We had parked cars at the property for family that stayed other places, to be able to walk to the water witch home is not right in front of the lake you can’t see the water from this home. We also left home not spotless but no trash nothing we stripped all bedding and beds just regular stay mess.. This women called yelling and causing saying we trashed her place because it needed to be mopped and bedding and towels needed To be washed. We did the dishes put them away. Apparently amenities in this stay are not to be used I was hoping when you stay someone where they do this after each stay.
