Charming, cozy and 5 star home STEPS to Journeyman & Acorn Theatre! Large yard!

Great spot to access all that Three Oaks had to offer.

Such a nice updated cute home! It was very clean. A lot of nice amenities. A nice welcome note and plenty of information about the surrounding areas to see. There were such nice treats, water, ice, coffee, tea and all the items that made us feel like we were at home! Desiree was so nice and accommodating. We appreciated how thoughtful and friendly she was!

Our trip to Three Oaks was amazing. Two families stayed at The Oaks (4 adults and 5 young kids) and we were very pleased with the communication, beautiful home, and location. We would definitely rent again!

My sister and I visited The Oaks for a few days at the end of October and had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, we found a very nice welcome card from the Owner along with a bottle of wine and snacks. We also appreciated the large Fall coffee mugs left on the counter. So many little details that were very much appreciated. Very cozy and comfortable. The house was impeccable...nothing out of place and super clean. The decor was absolutely beautiful, comfy beds and pillows as well as soft white towels. The outside space is so big. We were only able to enjoy that space for our morning coffee one day and wine one evening as the weather did not cooperate. Would have loved to spend more time out there. Desiree was such a great host and we really appreciated her messages to us with helpful hints and recommendations. I needed to reach out to her once during our stay and she responded immediately. We visited a few spots in town, Patelli's, Viola's Cafe, Journeyman, Froehlich's Bakery and the Froehlich's Restaurant and Store. Patelli's pizza was really good! I only had a problem with the bakery as they served me a frozen pastry. I guess I assumed they would make fresh every morning. We would definitely book The Oaks again without hesitation. You should too...you will love it!!!

Homeowner was exceptional with communication. the home is well stocked with kitchen and bedroom items (extra pillows and blankets). Furniture is very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Smart TV. Cozy patio with lighting and a fire pit. Huge back yard! We came in for the Apple Cider, Century, Ride, Three, Oaks, and location was perfect. Town is very cute too. Many nice touches - water bottles, snacks, coffee, and a bottle of wine! Thanks!!

Our team of 6- some cooking, some working on marketing and some spouses along for fun- came to Three Oaks and The Oaks home for two nights. We absolutely loved it. The home is beautifully done with great bath towels, comfortable beds with lovely bed linens, complementary coffee, tea, bottled water. We loved the back yard—and the patio. We loved walking a couple blocks to downtown for shopping and dining. The kitchen is wonderful and we sat around the table together at night just talking. In the mornings, relaxing with coffee in the living room. Desiree could not have been a better host- checking in and out was easy- and she let us know she was right there if we needed anything during our stay. I cannot recommend the Oaks enough. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

The house was beautifuly decorated and had absolutely everything our family needed. Everything was clean, and no details were lacking. Travelling with 3 little kids - Desiree left us snacks and goodies that made our stay just that much more perfect! She checked in on us and was always available. Walking distance to many cute restaurants and shops, and a short drive to everything else. I would definitely recommend this home, and would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I booked with Desiree I knew this would be a fabulous place to rent. She was so accommodating and sweet. The house was everything I wanted from the beauty of it to the perfect location. My family and I were able to walk to the wedding venue at The Journeyman Distillery. The layout of the house was wonderful. It had a gorgeous family room and a great smaller tv room for the older kids to play games and watch tv. The yard was so beautiful and relaxing. Perfect in everway. I hope to rent this house again soon snd mire times in the future. I would rate it more stars than 5 if I could! Thanks Desiree. You made our special day fantastic!!
