Stayed Jul 17, 2025College annual trip was in Seguin this year, and we could not have picked a better weekend. It was Christmas in July in Seguin. Every store was 20-25% off! This little cottage served as the perfect location to downtown and all its offerings.

The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were cozy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was great—close to local attractions, restaurants, and stores, but still quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect spot for our family to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025It was a beautiful house. Just had to deal with sugar ants getting into everything and the road the house is on is a little rough to drive on due to road work but other then that it’s a beautiful house.
