Charming Cottages at Inlet Beach: Sleeps 6, Gulf Views, Steps to Beach, Serene Location!

We had a great trip and this house was everything we needed for a family of 5.

Great property in perfect location! Our family of four had a great week!

Wow, what an amazing home. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and very comfortable space for all of us. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach was spectacular. The 2 empty lots behind the home allow for beach sunset views and was beautiful to sit and watch from the house. Very clean and have everything we needed with close proximity to rosemary beach, amenities and restaurants. The pool across the street was great for our young kids. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Information for check-in was not delivered timely, we had to call to get the door code, and later call again for the code for beach access. We understood this info would be made available through their guest portal, but it was not. The location is ideal and access to a private beach is a big benefit. The unit was not as clean as it could be, but the master bed was very comfortable. You will need to bring everything for cooking, including coffee filters, which I expected to be available for at least the first morning. Perhaps let future renters know to bring filters or pods in the information. We arrived to a full trash bin and trash pickup didn't occur for several more days, creating a disposal challenge for 6 adults. Lastly, the current view to the gulf is unobstructed, but two lots behind the unit when built on will most likely eliminate the gulf view.

The cottage was in a great location and we loved the private beach access and beach. No crowds at all!! It was nice to have the bedrooms separated, with the toddler downstairs by mom and dad and the grandparents on the top floor. We had beautiful views of the ocean, and a wonderful patio for relaxing in the evening. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative was with check in and the beach access code. The management company provided the wrong code to the cottage, but fortunately, we arrived before their office closed. We were given a new code. Had we not arrived before the office closed, our family would have had no where to stay for the night. The beach access code was also wrong. It took more than four hours for the management company to respond with correct code.

We had a great stay at 26 Blue Coast Ct. Great view, easy access to the beach, good space. Had everything we needed. However, there was one small hiccup upon arrival. We arrived at 6pm, passed our check-in time, and there was a couple in the house already. They identified themselves as cleaning, and said they needed to do a few last minute items--like put sheets on the bedding. While this is small, it was a bit jarring to have two people in the house, without masks, barefoot, in the house as we arrived--and taking up the parking with their large white truck. They also lost their truck keys, and we had to spend several minutes trying to track them down. It ended up being fine, but with such strict instructions about check-in and check-out times, I find it surprising that that standard was not upheld on your all's end. Overall, a great stay, but in the future I would prefer not to arrive with people still in the house after a long day of traveling.

This is a lovely house with a beautiful view of the ocean and very easy access to the beach. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, and the more private nature of Inlet Beach. Thank you!

Great house with wonderful beach access

We loved every minute of our trip. This house is wonderful! Spacious, great view and perfect location. We come to the 30A area several times a year. My family and I all agreed this has been our favorite place we have rented. Highly recommend and we will be back!
