Charming Cottage Within Walking Distance to Downtown Brevard & Brevard College.

Fridge needs some attention the ice machine does not work and the water filter needs to be replaced it tasted horrible and there was all kinds of stuff floating in the water when it came out… basement needs a CLEANING. Black widow spider nests all over the windows and the washing machine has so much mold inside I was afraid to wash my infants clothes but I had to… the moisture left in the wash machine is causing the mold and it needs a serious clean and to be left open so it doesn’t accumulate so much mold and mildew. Beds were ok but if you have an infant be prepared that every step you take and the floor creaking and cracking will wake your baby up no matter how hard you try… location is great would stay again if that stuff gets fixed and a little bit cleaner.

This is a large, comfortable home with a few updates needed. The outside decks and paint need refreshing. The bathrooms are beautiful, new and updated. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen needs a few updates (pots and pans are old) but overall is great. The home is very conveniently located near downtown.

Easy access to downtown restaurants etc. Great house. Very clean, plenty of parking. This is our 2nd year of renting. Plan to do so again. Plenty of room for older fishermen and would suggest it for families as well.

Great location, walkable to downtown and Brevard college. Older neighborhood, very quiet. Nicely renovated older house with high end fixtures, good cabinetry. Plenty of space for 8 people. Lots of clean linens. Our 2 little pups were comfy too. Kitchen is well stocked and nice, but the stove top is having issues; not all the rings are notworking/working properly. I think we were the first renters after pest control bc there were lots of dead bugs in the bedrooms& bathrooms. Master Bedroom needs a bench or another chair; very sparse to be able to sit or unpack.

The house was clean and comfortable. Newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms. Great fireplace in family room for gathering in the evening. White squirrels were cool. Will definitely rent again.

Excellent location, house size was perfect for 4 adults. Parking was fantastic, short 3-4 minute walk into town. Highly recomended, oh and we saw several white squirrels in the yard!

I would give this house a better than 5 star rating. It was perfect for the 7 adult guests that stayed here. Plenty of well-appointed bathrooms, good beds, a well-stocked kitchen with the little things you probably forgot, plenty of room to hang out and just a short walk to town. I would definitely stay here again for our next family get-together

We had a great time staying in Brevard and this home definitely attributed to our wonderful trip. It was such a large home that my family of 6 adults felt spaced out enough away from each other while still being around each other. The living room had plenty of room and the neighborhood is safe and homey. This is a great place to stay at.

Our second time to rent this house, and we hope to be back again. Check-in was easy and everything was up to date and clean.

The house was great for our group of 10 adults. We didn't feel crowded. Great location; it is only a short walk from downtown Brevard which has tons of fabulous restaurants! We even saw a white squirrel on the rail of the deck outside the kitchen window Saturday morning!!! Mandi's recommendation for Sunday brunch at the Bohemian Restaurant was perfect. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We loved our stay at the Appletree Cottage! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to all! Brevard is such a pretty town. I was in awe of all the gorgeous flowers and trees! Such beautiful yards!

Great location and space for our family ! Very easy to walk to Main Street shops and restaurants.

I can’t believe it has taken me 4 years to find this gem! We had extended family in and out throughout the weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Brevard College. Over the years, we have rented different houses when visiting her, but this was by far our favorite! Clean, cozy, well-stocked, and the beds-so comfortable! We will find another reason to rent this property again.

This was the perfect house for our stay in Brevard! It was spacious, clean, and was in a great location. We loved the short walk to town, and there was plenty of off street parking at the house. Our communication with the host was fantastic, always a prompt response. My family would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Brevard.

An easy walk or drive to Downtown Brevard shops / restaurants / cafes. Home was clean and spacious. Due to weather we were not able to use much of the outdoor space, but looking forward to returning this summer. Host is easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any problems or issues with this booking or our stay.

We loved everything about this property. The cute neighborhood across from the college, walking distance to downtown and King Street, plenty of parking and plenty of room for guests! The kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you choose to as well. There’s even a resident white squirrel who greeted us upon arrival! Highly recommend for a family or group trip.
