Came to visit family
We loved the proximity to the beach and the Hyannis marina. The nautical theme of the home is fun, and the spaces are cozy. Our only issue was that the kitchen is a little small for making multiple meals per day, and limited our choices. Plenty of wildlife. Coyotes strolled from the forest through the yard to get to the beach at dusk! There is poison ivy on the trail to the beach, so be mindful of bare feet. If you bring dogs, we learned that they aren’t allowed on most beaches or trails in Cape Cod. But dogs are welcome at this beach and much of the National Seashore. Ticks were very heavy this time of year, so take precautions.
Easy location close to many places. beach was small but nice. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Good communication on check in and out
Super clean, property has all items described in the listing and some nice owner touches extra.. owners are in contact as needed, but respect your privacy. Very nice beach and a huge back yard. Lots of chairs, games etc. to use. Close to all Hyannis attractions including the ferries to Vinyard and Nantucket. Really no negatives at all , beautiful home rental !
