Charming condo on Indian shore beach

Overall, we had a nice stay, especially for the value. The condo was very clean and a nice location! Complex was very quiet. The walk to the beach was short and there is ice cream/coffee/donuts just around the corner! The pool was heated and very warm on some of our chilly days. Beach toys and chairs are provided. Starter spices, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent and such are provided. Water pressure was good in the master shower. The bed in the master bedroom is not a King. All the beds are queens. Bed was quite firm. There is no view but sitting on the porch is nice. There is only one porch-the pictures make it look like two. The kitchen is very sparse. Limited plates/bowls/cooking utensils. Kids plates/bowls are not provided. The sink in the kitchen makes a high pitched scream when you use hot water and the front entry light is broken. Communication was good prior to arrival; however, only AI type communication was received after we checked in. Our actual questions/concerns were left unanswered.

Parking was easy and had a garage for extra security. No beach view but very close to the beach.

Excellent location and amenities. Less than 7 minute walk to the beach. Very prompt and helpful communication. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Location was perfect with a pool and short walk to the beach ( handicap parking at access 1st access point north of property) The only downside I didn't take into consideration is the stairs. (Traveling with seniors) You must carry everything up external stairs to the townhome and then stairs inside the house.

Condo worked great for our family of 4. Pool very clean, condo and property clean and well maintained. Great location to beach (5min walk). We appreciated the beach chairs and toys for our use. Garage was a nice option also. Restaurants nearby: try Guppys, Salt Rock, Conch Republic. We would rent here again.

We stayed 3 nights. I don’t believe the master was a king bed like advertised. Other than that it was great. Nice pool, easy walk to the beach.

Clean and comfortable. The only issue, which wasn’t even an issue, just something to consider in case you’re driving a van or SUV with one of those storage things on the roof - not anything the host could’ve anticipated. Was unable to park inside the garage, the door wouldn’t lift up high enough for my vehicle to go under - but the vehicle is a RAM 3500, significantly larger and taller than an average vehicle. I didn’t have any issues parking outside, feels like a safe neighborhood.

Excellent location in quaint Indian Rocks. The beach is across the street, with two public access spots nearby. We found several restaurants, ice cream spots, bakery, convenience store, mini golf all within 1.5 mile walk. The property was very clean, and the living room TV is huge for movies after a Long Beach day. The area is very safe and super cute. Would definitely stay in this complex again.

Great sized location for multiple reasons. Everything worked for us and location is prime. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay this close to the beach. Restaurants and services were top notch. Used Green Iguana for rental services. They get a 10 out of 10 as well as property. Walk to beech and restaurants, all great.
