Stayed Jun 28, 2025This is our second year staying at a Festa property. Everything is as expected, the homes are clean and well maintained and location is perfect… especially for family with young children! Looking forward to staying at one of their homes next year!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025House was a good size for 3 people. Parking tight. The neighbors who I believe were renting as well had two little dogs that barked a ton when they were gone. Perfect walk to beach and main boardwalk.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Stay was wonderful - only drawback was parking. One narrow space blocking next door entrance if you didn't park as far into the space as you can. When you did this, using the picnic table wasn't possible.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This is a lovely property in a great location. Two houses from the beach and the boardwalk. It is located far enough from Jenkinson’s that you don’t get all the traffic/noise but close enough to enjoy all the boardwalk has to offer. The beach is also beautiful in this area. Our family had a wonderful time.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024My family had an amazing time staying at Bob's house. The location is great, house was very clean, and all the neighbors were very nice. Staying here you have private access to the boardwalk and you are within walking distance to so many good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!
