This spacious, over 1800 sq ft of living space, Cape charmer includes 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin) and 2 large decks (great for BBQs). A large living room area (20x12) connected with a formal dining area. Kitchen was completely remodeled in 2012! We also added a full bathroom on the first floor.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Our family of five (three kids under 10) stayed at this listing for three straight weeks in July 2025. The house itself was great and had all the amenities, and then some, we could have expected. The house also had perfect accommodations for kids, including a bed with a rail and playroom with plenty of toys. The house was roomy and clean and well maintained. Really not a bad thing to say about the house.The neighbourhood was fantastic. A short walk to Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We also walked to several Cape League baseball games, about a 5 minute walk away. Beyond walking, the house is a short drive to several beaches and the provided parking pass made popping over for a spontaneous beach afternoon a breeze. Additionally, all other conveniences such as groceries, gas, etc... were very close. We've stayed on the Cape the last three summers and were by far the most comfortable at this house. An easy five stars!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025This beautiful house is ideally located in Hyannis. Short walking distance to Main Street and harbor. Short drive to beaches and free parking pass which is a plus (25 to park).The house has plenty of space to feel very comfortable. three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is big and new and opens on a large deck and yard with barbecue.The living room has a large screen TV with Netflix. There is two cars parking space in front driveway. The street is very quiet so no noise at night.We enjoyed our stay in this house very much and will love to come back.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Checking was a breeze and our host was very responsive when needed. The location, in walking distance to Main St. Hyannis and the Harbor made for a really good home base for our Cape Cod family vacation. The kids toy room was a touch of brillance and kept our 9 year old busy. I would highly recommend this listing.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024This property was great. There was plenty of room for two families with small children. The backyard was private which was great for the kids to play after a long day at the beach. The house was in an amazing location within walking distance to Main Street and plenty of restaurants. The beach pass was amazing and allowed us to visit multiple beaches. The toy room was a lifesaver with little kids and had something for everyone. Kristy was super responsive to my messages and extremely helpful! We would absolutely stay here again.
