Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came second time to Garden city and we liked this place, very bright, clean enough( kitchen cabinets and shower I would clean better) but it’s no problem.. fenced yard for my dog is perfect, porch with curtains are very nice!! If I will come back I would like to stay here again!

My dog was able to get out of the yard, but I couldn't figure it out. She's only 15 pounds, so it was my fault. I had problems with the below survey. Reviewer Comments: We were excited about being able to go to Garden City Beach again after several yearsk but The grass was not cut all week so our small grandchildren could not enjoy the playset in the backyard for the mosquitoes and flies in the tall grass. The downstairs shower and toilet were nasty, we could not use it. We understood that there was not dishwasher which was not an issue but being a family that does not eat out every day was a problem because there were no large serving bowls (only cereal bowls) and no casserole dishes at all and one spatula. We had to go buy plastic bowls. The cable service was a nightmare, good luck to those who want to watch anything much. We did however like the distance to the beach. I don't think I could recommend this house to anyone but very small groups. We will not rent it again. I will say that Buddy Justice was a great help to us with what he could do. We went to Crabby Mikes and the Broadway one evening which was good.

Loved the porch and decking and you can see the water and feel a great breeze. Extra’s like the chairs and umbrella were nice. Didn’t cook so no dishwasher was not an issue. Dog friendly with fenced back yard and all hard floors (no carpet).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the new large couch in the main area. We still cover all the furniture with sheets so our furry friends can sit next to us. We're now bringing a folding table so we sit outside for a meal and games. My only mistake is picking our stay at the same time as bikers week. It's a bit too noisy for us :-)

The only problem I had was the dog hairs everywhere. That may not bother some people but if you have allergies to pet hair like I do I would not advise staying in this home.
