Charming Cleveland Home

I have to agree with other guests who stayed recently. We too encountered very loud music on an almost nightly basis coming from the neighbors. Some nights it went past midnight. We did alert the property manager and it would stop for a bit and then start back up again. We also were met with a less than clean unit upon arrival. There was a dryer full of towels and sheets which we had to remove and fold before we were able to launder our own bedding. The couch had a number of stains. Overall the entire place, especially the upstairs bedrooms, smelled like urine. It was gross. There are a number of items that could use fixing as others have mentioned. Our kids stayed in the bedroom with the broken blinds which made it very difficult to sleep. We also noted the microwave would overheat and stop working about 45 seconds to a minute into trying to heat something. The lights in both the fridge and freezer were also burned out. I wasn’t very impressed with the unit overall. And the neighborhood was very loud and didn’t seem all that safe. I would not stay here again unless there was some major overhaul to the unit.

I thought the property was nicely decorated and in a decent location to fun activities in and around Cleveland. I thought the property was not clean as well as we expected. The furthest bedroom has to be what looked like dog hair on the bedding. The pillowcase had blood on it. The dryer had linens left in it. The dining table had sticky spots that had to be wiped before using. The dining room light had multiple hairballs hanging from it. The shower walls had fuzz from what looked to be from the towels. Garbage was left in the bathroom and kitchen cans. The property is also in a busy area with street traffic and airline travel that made it difficult to sleep. The blinds in the closest room to the stairs had some broken pieces that were missing, lacking privacy. This room also could use some drapes to block the light from the neighbors house. All over the description it says to consider the neighbors but yet another rental adjacent to this property had loud music playing past the 10 pm quiet hours.

Good location

The house was very nice: Clean, roomy, well setup with nice touches like books and a sitting room. Beds were comfortable. The house was set up just like it looked on the site.

We enjoyed our stay in this well kept home which was very clean, and offered everything needed for a long weekend stay. The host was very responsive to our needs. I offered some suggestions regarding accident insurance information as I mistakenly purchased through Vrbo but then needed to accept through a host link as well. It was very nice to bring our family dogs along. Learning curve for wood stairs for one of our bernedoodles bc he is used to carpet. His sister did fine:) Would stay again and recommend!

Very well maintained, clean and roomy. I would definitely rebook if ever in Cleveland again.

Property was clean and well stocked including the kitchen which we used quite a bit. Owner was very responsive to our needs. We had an issue w sleeping arrangements and the owner did everything possible to make us comfortable.

It was a great experience. Easy check in and out.

Comfortable home with modern amenities. We felt quite at home. The property is convenient to all the Cleveland attractions, downtown, and Progressive Field. Communication with the host, Dan, was outstanding and immediate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we recommend this property for your next Cleveland adventure!

This place was perfect for our short trip to Cleveland! The house was charming and was everything our group of 4 needed! The host was very responsive and the house was located in a convenient location near stores, restaurants, and different attractions. Would definitely stay again!
