Charming Classic Cape Home Bordering Bike Trail-Family Friendly In Harwich

Outstanding location on a quiet cul-de-sac road that backs up to the Cape Trail for biking and walking. Very clean and beautiful home. Nice deck for relaxing and enjoying the morning sun. Definitely recommend!

Lovely home that was comfortable for whole family and pets. Host was great in sending information before our arrival with specific instructions for the use of the property which alleviated any questions we might have had. Appreciated the use of the beach chairs, games, etc. which allowed us to not have to pack all of that as we traveled some distance. Location was central to many areas we explored. Would visit again. The house is as described, with a very well stocked kitchen, including a Keurig, and regular drip coffee maker, nice outside deck, comfortable bedrooms. Beach chairs and umbrella are available, and a cooler for beach visits. Great mid-cape location makes for easy access to all areas of the cape. Our host answered all of our questions, and gave us restaurant recommendations , and the check in process was seamless .

My family and I had a lovely stay at 11 Penobscot Way. The location was excellent — centrally located with easy access to everything we needed. The home was comfortable, and the kitchen table created the perfect setting for a fun family game night. We especially enjoyed walks along the nearby bike path, with the conservation trust area just about a quarter mile down the trail. Elaine was very responsive, helpful, and always available when needed.

Excellent house situated away from the beaches but very close to Rte. 6. It made an ideal home base as my daughter played golf tournaments in the area during April break. Very roomy, nicely updated. Upstairs has a massive master (though no shower, you have to walk down the hall to shower). You can tell they have done work recently. Nice hardwoods throughout is a nice update. We had issues with the WiFi when we checked in by Elaine worked with Xfinity and it was fixed quickly.Overall, perfect place to stay.

We were thrilled with the property. It checked all the boxes. It was very clean and had all the necessities for a 6 day stay. The hosts were very helpful and great to work with. Would book again any time we visit the Cape. 5 stars!!!!! We would hiighly recommend.

Home is spacious, everything you need is provided, and the location is great. The biking/walking trail is nearby and is a beautiful trail. The owner was very quick to respond to any issues. Having a garage was an added benefit.

This is a wonderful home and Elaine is a terrific host, extremely responsive. The inside of the house was immaculate, We used the 2 big bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning on the large deck off the kitchen overlooking the lovely yard The location is a quiet cul-de-sac with super easy access to the cape cod rail trail. We greatly enjoyed our walks on the trail every day with our dog free of any car traffic. The house is very convenient to route 6 if you need to get to the highway and roughly 10 minutes or so via local roads to Chatham. This was our 2nd time at Elaine's home and we hope to return

We absolutely love staying at Elaine’s home—this was our second time here, and we’ve already booked again for next year! The location couldn’t be better, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail right out back for walks or bike rides, and just a quick drive to some of our favorite beaches. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). Elaine is a wonderful host—so accommodating and easy to communicate with, which makes the whole experience stress-free. This home has truly become our Cape tradition, and we can’t wait to return!

Cape Getaway,Penobscot Bliss was perfect for our family. Clean, Cape Cod Rail trail right out the back yard, close to all the nice beaches in Dennis and Harwich an ideal location. The Host Elaine was outstanding with our communication that was needed.Looking forward to next time.Larry

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it’s always fabulous! We love the outdoor shower, large deck in proximity to the bike trail. Elaine is a joy to work with and always have a wonderful time.!

Beautiful home and grounds. Great communication with the owner. The location is in a great spot with access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail off the back yard. We all loved the updated bathroom and our huge master bedroom. Already planning to stay here next year.

Great property. Very kid (infant and toddler) friendly with many thoughtful touches including door handle locks, toys, high chair, and more. We also appreciated how child proof the space is. The yard is large and private with mature landscaping. Backs directly up to the rail trail. Close to the highway but you can’t hear at it all. Centrally located on the cape. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, exactly what we needed for 5 adults and grandson. Very clean, excellent amenities, great location in center of the Cape. Hadn’t visited the Cape for over a decade, this home played a key part in making this a fantastic family get together.

The home was exactly as described and it was more cozy and comfortable than we could have hoped for. It was great after breakfast to be able to walk a paved trail directly behind the property thru the forest with the trees changing to brilliant colors of fall. The location to grocery stores, restaurants was also very convenient and we look forward to coming back to cape cod and definitely would want to stay here again.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first stay. Perfect location-mid cape, right on the rail trail, clean and comfortable rental and the owner, Elaine is great to work with. Next time we vacation on the cape we will definitely stay here again.
