Charming Chesterton Home: w/ Idyllic Location!

This is our second time staying and as expected, it was perfect for our family. Has everything you need, nice area, will defiantly be staying again.

Very nice home. Great for a group. They even leave free snacks for you! Ping Pong table in the basement a nice bonus.

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location to explore the Indiana Dunes state and national parks.

We love this house. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and as long as it’s available we’ll never look to stay anywhere else. It has everything we need. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to be comfortable, a big backyard for playing outside, located in a very quiet neighborhood, a fully stocked kitchen and best of all, it’s very clean! Also the host contact has been wonderful to work with. It’s a great vacation home and we hope to stay here for many years to come!

The house was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The basement was set up really cute and our kids enjoyed the ping pong table! We also liked being able to walk to downtown Chesterton as well as a neighborhood park.

We were having a family reunion and two birthday parties at our family home in Chesterton with 42 people so renting this house for my adult children snd their kids was just perfect!!! Everyone just loved the space and the old fashioned vibe from the beautifully remodeled home.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Wonderful location and such a beautiful home! Everything was very clean, mattresses were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary items to cook meals. We have been vacationing in the Dunes area for 4 years and this is the best place we have stayed, will definitely stay here again!!

We were very comfortable during our stay. We were there for my son's wedding, and it was conveniently located to the venue.

The house was cozy, very clean, and beautifully decorated. They really ensured we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, had a full coffee bar, welcome snacks, cleaning products and even paper towels. The beds were comfortable and came with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The primary bedroom had an additional sitting room to the side, perfect for an air mattress for the kiddos. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, nice shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion and the softest bath towels I have ever used. I am particularly impressed by this because most places we have stayed do not offer these amenities and we have to remember to bring it ourselves. It’s small details like this that make this place feel like a home away from home. Thank you for letting us borrow your home, next time we are in town we know where we will be staying. luxuries.

We used this house for a family get away and it was wonderful. The host was prompt when I messaged her with a question. The ping pong table was a lot of fun if you are just playing for fun. The table is warped a bit. A nice 10 minute walk into town for breakfast or coffee. Nice neighborhood. The house has a lot of room. Only thing…if you are a light sleeper the trains might keep you up at night. Half our group didn’t hear them and half were woken up several times in the night. All in all it was great. My teenage daughter said she’d like to stay again.

This house was perfect for us! The neighborhood was great for morning walks and was very quaint. The house is decorated beautifully and had all the space we needed. My kids enjoyed playing in the big backyard and the outdoor seating areas were wonderful! The house was very clean. The only thing that could be improved on was that it looked like someone had let their pet do its business on some of the decking and didn’t clean up after them. That being said there was no evidence of pet messes inside the house. When we visit again next year we will definitely check to see if this house is available!

Everyone enjoyed the house. It was clean and very well kept up. We were mins from the beach and the little town is so charming. I highly recommend it. Great contact with host.
