Charming Chantilly, Hip Location near Plaza Midwood & Midtown! Very Walkable!

This is a pleasant place to stay. The beds were comfortable and communication from the host was great. Cute house in a very convenient location in a lovely transitioning neighborhood. Nice and quiet! The house would benefit from extensive cosmetic updates in the bathrooms and kitchen, but otherwise it's very nice.

This charming house sits in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood in the Plaza Midwood area of Charlotte. It was well equipped with towels, shampoo, bath wash and hairdryer. Beds were super comfy.I especially liked the outside seating in the front lawn and back patio.The location was no more than15 minutes (generally less) from parks and great restaurants.First time in Charlotte and I would love to return and stay here.

This home is set up for guests!! Comfortable and clean! So many thoughtful details from snacks/drinks to fire pit fixins! Hooks everywhere and luggage racks for our suitcases. We were here for a family wedding and appreciated the iron/ironing board! Beautiful welcoming home.. we would 100% stay here again. Super cute neighborhood with plenty of yummy restaurants & shopping within 5 minutes.

Great host. Very responsive when I had to reach out to her wih questions. Place is adorable, well equiped and excellent location. We will look to stay here again.

Home is clean and in a great location near many restaurants, breweries, and other convenience amenities. Communication with the host is easy and convenient. This was our 2nd stay and we will likely book again in the future.

This house was the perfect location to all the things you may want to do in Charlotte. Neighborhood is walkable and gorgeous! A comfy bed is very important, and I was not disappointed! We had a couple of questions upon arriving and the owner was quick to respond. We had a nice stay. Thank you!

This was the perfect spot to stay just outside of the city. The neighborhood was cozy, house was very easy to get to, neighbors were all nice, and Cathy was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. We were in town for a medical procedure and the location of this home was perfect. Its very close to several medical facilities and downtown Charlotte. It's located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The home is well equipped and decorated beautifully. We would definitely rent again.

This was my first VRBO experience and it was wonderful! The bungalow was adorable - the finishes were older but everything worked perfectly! Spotless, nice linens, and a perfect location and neighborhood. The host was responsive and very friendly! I will definitely be returning to this property.

Nice,quiet and relaxing

Communication leading up to booking was great. I received info on check in well in advance of arrival. Nice to see a welcome basket of goodies. Place was clean and stocked well. It was in a good neighborhood. It was super easy to get to our competition at a downtown hotel with no issues. Would stay if ever in Charlotte again.

Catherine's home was absolutely perfect for out stay. Her home is spacious and furnished tastefully. The back porch look out over a very private and generous sized yard. The Chantilly neighborhood is quiet with a mix of the older homes and newer additions. We hope to stay here again on our next visit with family.

Great place to stay when visiting Charlotte. 10 minute drive to almost everything, place was as described, clean, and our pet loved the basket of toys. Would recommend.

This was a perfect property for my husband and I and our dog. Super easy check-in and check-out process, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location that’s walkable to breweries, restaurants, etc.

Wonderful space to recover after coming to Charlotte for a few days after suffering home damage and the loss of our car. So close to everything downtown but a sweet neighborhood vibe.

So conveniently located. Easy walk to breweries, bakeries and restaurants.

I liked how people were out jogging and walking their dogs. A few blocks away on Central businesses were busy and people were active. It felt like home!

House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is safe. Perfect location for events at the VanLandingham Estate. I would rent this home again. Host was generous to allow my 3 small (10 lb) dogs.

We had a girls weekend in Charlotte to celebrate my daughter’s best friend’s upcoming wedding. The neighborhood is close to so much , very convenient! The house is so cute and decorated beautifully. We all loved that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and the cabinets were all labeled so easy to find what you are looking for! We plan on doing this trip again and will definitely be booking this house again.
