Stayed Jul 26, 2025The home has everything you need. Delaware /Maryland is our yearly family vacation and I always bring extra supplies because you never know what you might need. But we didn’t need anything extra at John’s home. From extra tissue/paper towel to a steaming pot for the crabs caught from the dock. It had it all. We loved this place and will be back for sure. We also checked out the restaurant John recommended CATCH 54 which was delicious.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house comes stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect for us as it is only about 2 miles from the drive on beaches. We were able to bring our two dogs along on our trip which means a lot to us. The home is located on a quiet street, which is perfect for morning and evening walks. Thanks again to John for sharing his home with us, we will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had a fantastic stay at this bright, open home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood! We love this area and this is our favorite home here so far. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the canal, which our dog just loved to see the kayaks, pontoon boats and geese go by! It had great wifi and a fully stocked kitchen. It was so nice to have all the little extras provided to get us started, like coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. Location was great; off the main strip but close enough to get to beaches, restaurants and shops in minutes. John provided great information and was VERY responsive to all our questions. He made it so easy to check in and get ourselves settled. Looking forward to staying again!
