Stayed Jul 3, 2024On the first day of our stay we were left stranded outside of the property because the keypad was not working properly. After over 2 hours of standing outside in 100° heat and going back and forth with the host, someone finally arrived to let us in and gave us a key and informed us that the keypad needed a new battery. The host and the owner have very poor communication and left us clueless. You would think that would be something that would be checked in between stays. After asking for partial reimbursement or compensation the owner stated we could stay until 12pm for check out, however we received a text at 10am stating the cleaners were there. Now we’re responsible for a key that they’re stating they can’t find even thought we left it. On top of that, the Tv did not work properly and steadily glitched and froze while in use. Lastly, we found several bugs in the property throughout our stay. Would not book again!
