Stayed Nov 24, 2025Our hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and the outdoor lighting was great, which we appreciated when coming back at night. We felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen was very well equipped, although the only time we used it was when making coffee. We would definitely stay with these hosts again. Barbara

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Such a cute space! This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A/C unit, fan, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. We planned on a friend coming for a night and the pull out couch bed was a huge reason for booking. We ended up not using it but the couch was very comfortable. The space was clean and the washer and dryer were very accessible. Thank you for our stay!

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Overall, the host is responsive. I feel the unit is good for couples even though it facilitates sleeping of 4. The shower is super compact especially if you are tall. The entire space is quite cramped with low ceiling although the description did mention 400 sq feet. We shortened our stay due to excessive heat which heated the unit. The owner has equipped the living room with A/C but the bedroom does not have an A/C. I wish that was clarified. They do provide a tower fan for the bedroom. I only wish they had provided another fan. But, we were advised to keep the A/C on all day with curtains closed. Nothing against the owners as central A/C seems to be a new concept for Washington homes. I would not recommend for a family of three especially if a young kid is involved. Hopefully, the owners install a screen in bathroom and kitchen so bugs and insects do not enter (we had a wasp enter in the kitchen and barely got it out).

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Charming house in a quiet neighborhood. There is a train track but almost zero train traffic. Good choice for staying close to Starfire Sports soccer complex.Hosts responsive, helpful and kind.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks recently and found this upstairs apartment to have everything we needed. It is a small apartment but we were both comfortable there and fixed most of our meals there. The bed and sofa sleeper were comfortable. Parking was convenient right in front of building and lots of places to walk and restaurants and coffee shops also in walking distance. Owners are very responsive and friendly.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024My stay was very short for an event I was attending. Great location for all the running around I had to do. highly recommend the pub across the street. Very nice stay.
