It is in a wonderful location within a very quiet neighborhood. Typical basement apartment. We had to buy our own silverware, as none was provided. We would stay there again, though!

Welcoming and homey! Close to everything! On site parking which was wonderful! The property was extremely clean. Communication with our host was easy and we received a quick response. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed the night before a cruise so it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable. Kenrick answered our questions in a timely manner and was helpful with suggestions on places to eat in the area. Place was very close to the port. There are a few places to eat in the area. We walked to dinner around the corner. It’s not a fancy place but it was clean and worked for us!

This was the the perfect spot for us to stay the night before our cruise. It was a great location near restaurants, Walgreens and a liquor store for the wine to take on our cruise. Kendrick was a great host. The space was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. We fell in love with Hendrickson’s Corner, a great local “Cheers” bar.

This was the perfect place for my quick stay and the owner was amazing. Had great communication and accommodated me when they didn’t have to. It was clean and even had a parking spot. Would definitely book again.

Essentially one big room with a walk in closet made to be a bedroom and a nice bathroom. Good place.

I stumbled across Kenrick's place while planning a visit to NYC with my grandaughters and we were not diassapointed at all! Kenrick's place is so cozy, offers all the comforts of home in a neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. The bonus for us was proximity to Liberty State Park as well as many other attractions. I should also mention that Kenrick communicated reguraly, check in was smooth, he offered ideas for sight seeing as well as places to eat, he even checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with our stay and to be sure we had everything we needed. I would definitley book here again should I choose to visit NYC an NJ in the future.
