Stayed Mar 18, 2026The home was nicely appointed and pet friendly. I only have one recommendation and that would be to get a Keurig coffee machine so guests could bring their own kcups. Loved watching the horses across the street while having my morning coffee as well as having dinner on the back covered porch.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Quiet, comfortable, clean older house in the country yet close to everything you need. Host was easy to reach and very accommodating. A perfect place for my two weeks at a horse show. Only negative was the washer and dryer were not useable due to a previous guest’s abuse but the host offered to have the laundry done.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024My husband and I stayed at this pretty little property. It's well laid out and we had everything that we needed. The hostess responded promptly when we had a question. She was very nice. The only negative thing that I can say is that there was some kind of motor outside that ran all night. It probably wouldn't have bothered us if we hadn't just been through the hurricanes and had to run the generator.

Stayed Sep 11, 2024We booked this for an extended stay for a competition at the Kentucky Horse Park. The property was perfect! Super convenient to the horse park and had everything we needed. The host was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. We will definitely be booking this again for future stays!

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Secluded , cozy feel. Owner was super nice, wonderful mattress. Right near an orchard which was a pleasant surprise. We went to red river gorge one way and arc and creation museum the other way , so a good half way point.
