Greensburg, Kentucky
Exquisitely restored 1940s Craftsman style home down the road from where Abraham Lincoln was tutored. So much charm and character with enjoyable nooks and classic touches to be discovered throughout. Lots of spaces to spread out, central heating and cozy electric fireplace heaters, mature trees, quiet neighborhood, yard, walking distance to Historic Downtown Greensburg, and popular Green River Paddle Trail.

This appears to be an older duplex converted into a single home. It was a nice job. The house is solid - upstairs does not wobble, floors do not creak. The bedrooms upstairs are not serviced by the central A/C, but the portable units cooled them down quickly and we had a good night's sleep. Ample parking. Slept 5, one on the couch. A good night was had by all.
The house is very nice great for a family, it is right by the road and there is cars trucks speeding up through there all day long. Neighborhood kids sitting on the porch and walking through the back yard to get to their house.
This house had both lots of charm of an older home along with nice updates as well. It has a great location that leaves you close to restaurants and other things in town. There are clear instructions on anything that is needed in the home, along with information on restaurants to visit and other things to do. The host was extremely fast in his communication and was very easy to work with. You get tons of house for a small price tag. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
We are older and the front and back path into the house posed a fall hazard for us; otherwise the property was as advertised.
From the outset, communication was swift, clear, and friendly. The property itself was immaculate, equipped with all the amenities one could hope for, ensuring a comfortable and homely stay. I highly recommend booking with this VRBO host.
We really enjoyed our stay, property was as advertised. Thank you
This was the Best home to stay in and close to fast food, restaurants and shopping needed while staying. Very clean home and felt comfortable with our girls(dogs) to stay. Better than a hotel and price is amazing for what you get. Host is Great!
My daughter and I stayed two nights in Greensburg so she could visit with a friend from elementary school. The property was well maintained and suited our needs. We enjoyed how close to the historic district of Greensburg the property was located. We were able to walk through the downtown area and look at the sites. The host was prompt in his responses. Thank you for a great short retreat.
Everything was great, we were in the area for a wedding and it was stress free to get back to the house and relax, would definitely recommend staying here again
Charming Beautiful Historic was all that and more. I would highly recommend this vrbo for its location, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and ease of location. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We totally enjoyed our stay!!
The location was perfect for us. Close to our friends but with all the comforts of home. Thanks for the well stocked kitchen. I was able to easily prep food I was taking and cook meals. We will be back since there is so much to do nearby.
We stayed here as we were visiting Kentucky for the first time and were looking for a house centrally located between Mammoth Cave and Clermont/Louisville. The house was cozy, yet had plenty of space for the 7 of us to never feel crowded. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are connected, which worked out well for us and our kids, with their grandparents in the downstairs bedroom. The host had extra blankets, linens, and other supplies on hand including doggie bags that we forgot to pack. The washer/dryer were also nice to have available (and appeared to be new). We would stay again if we are in the area.
