Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

    It was wonderful to get the family together at this great property. The pool was especially popular. The only problem that we found was the grill. Too small and old so we were unable to use it. The great kitchen made up for it

    Everything was wonderful. Property was just as described. We really had a great time and was close to everything including the beach. Also shopping was right around the corner. This place was just what me and my hard working family needed

    Excellent location. Clean and quiet area. Parking was a little tight but 2 suvs fit fine. The pool area provides privacy and the deck chairs are great. One bathroom has been remodeled. The other 2 are outdated and we couldnt get the hit water to work in the master. The kitchen is nice and has all necessities. We loves the breakfast tabke on the porch with the overhead fans. Would absolutely stay here again!

    The house was in a good location to everything. The house was clean when we arrived and stocked with beach gear which was a plus. The only issue we had was with parking. The parking was very limited especially for large SUVs. The property management was wonderful and the check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

    Pros: ample room for our family. 6 adults, 4 kids, pool, recommend renting a golf cart beach is quite a hike, public beach parking is nice if you drive . Short drive to beach and restaurants. Nice kitchen , and front porch, lots of shade. Quiet street. Cons: parking very tight for 3 cars, toaster did not work, outside by pool needs cleaning, lots of mildew. no propane for gas grill, they said not their responsibility and could have someone come over next day to fill but we were grilling for Fathers Day so we replaced tank, The next renters will have plenty of gas. air conditioner filters were black with dust, one extra in house, we bought an extra to replace. Wicker furniture on front porch needs replacing. Great house just needs some maintenance. St. Simons is a beautiful island.
