Charming Beach Cottage with private Pool&Spa! Walk to stunning Vanderbilt Beach

What I liked: easy check in process, the proximity to Vanderbilt beach, the back yard oasis with pool & spa, the extras in the garage like: cooler, bikes, wagon, chairs, pool noodles & washer/ dryer What I disliked: the binder of premises info was located below the TV console and since we never used the TV we didn’t find it (would suggest putting this in visible location), could only heat the pool or spa not both at same time. It took awhile to heat the pool it was a back & forth, the living room furniture had so many pillows you couldn’t really sit it was more to look it, the inside was decorated so nice but a tad over decorated and I would be nervous having little kids there with all the glass bottles & decorations, bedside tables had so many decorated items you couldn’t put your nighttime items anywhere.

Lovely location for our trip to Naples. We really enjoyed its close locality to some wonderful beaches. Managed to see dolphins every day which made the trip all the more magical for us travelling over from the UK.

Marion was responsive and a gracious host. Location is just a short walk to the beach and the house included beach chairs to use. Great experience and I highly recommend!

The house is lovely and the location is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet get away! It is a ten minute walk to the beach, and plenty of stores and resturants are within a five minute drive. The pool and hot tub are also beautiful and perfect for relaxing.

We rented the cottage for a long weekend. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed (bed was very comfortable, tons of beach gear, plenty of towels, everything you need for a short walk to the beach). The backyard is absolutely stunning. Marion was an absolute pleasure to work with and she does everything she can to make sure your stay is fabulous. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful cottage! Very well maintained, very clean comfortable and fully stocked. We have stayed at larger houses to accommodate 10 people that did not have half the kitchen equipment this house has! Marion is wonderful to work with, is so responsive and gave us several great recommendations for golf and restaurants in the area. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and we LOVED the hot tub. Exactly as described in the listing. 10 mins walk to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach with sugar sand and crystal clear Gulf water. Perfect getaway for our family, 10/10!!

We had a lovely stay at the White Cottage. The hosts were incredibly generous and warm. They were quick to respond to any questions and the home had everything we needed to make our stay exceptional. We would certainly encourage others to book this rental.

Our family had a great vacation at this house! The house is exactly as listed and the outdoor pool/hot tub was amazing! Marion was one of the best hosts we have worked with from VRBO. The only thing I would want changed is all of the glass decorations on tables since I did not trust my kids so had to move it all out of the way while we stayed but otherwise everything was GREAT!

This is a perfect location. We loved walking to the beach every day and had so many choices for restaurants in the evening. The backyard area is beautiful with the pool and spa, the pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed during record cold temperatures where it dipped below freezing for several nights and weren’t able to use the pool, but the hosts were a tremendous help in making sure the spa temps stayed nice and hot for us. They were great. We would definitely stay here again it was a very relaxing trip.

The place was great once we got to understand how to turn on the hot tub. Everything we needed was at the unit and a lot of nice beach bonuses in the garage for us to use. Wonderfully outfitted kitchen as well. The tiniest little feedback was that there were a lot of decorations cluttered on every surface. We ended up putting a lot of it away because we needed the surfaces to put things down. Even the centerpiece on the dining table was massive and took up a huge amount of the space. Truly a tiny thing. Decluttering a bit would be lovely. Location to the beach was amazing. The pool is absolutely perfect. Would absolutely rent this place again.

Best value and location in Naples, hands down! You can walk to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, which was huge for us. The house was fully stocked with beach toys and a beach wagon, which made everything really easy.Honestly, the house was a lot nicer than the photos—super clean, updated, and great curb appeal. The pool was massive and everything felt really well thought out and well stocked. You can tell the host takes a lot of pride in the property.The beds and linens were super comfortable. Overall, this is easily one of the best places to stay if you’re looking for great location and solid value in Naples.

Overall this was an exceptionally beautiful property in an ideal location and we had a wonderful stay. The drawbacks were few but not entirely inconsequential; though we would definitely book the property again. We did not realize that night swimming/use of the spa was not allowed and had the listing stated so clearly, we may possibly have looked elsewhere as a private house with a private pool was our #1 item with the specific intention of quiet, but at night, swimming. This was definitely a disappointment but not the end of the world. The only other difficulty was the Welcome binder with instructions for the pool and spa operation were not listed anywhere and we could not find them for the majority of the first day - there was no indication or listing where to find them but the host was very responsive and helpful which we appreciated a great deal. The home itself is absolutely lovely, comfortable, and with almost every amenity one could ask for. The amount of options provided for entertainment, the beautiful kitchen and bedrooms, perfect couch for a comfy and cozy movie night were all top notch.

House was clean and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Back yard is beautiful. Fresh flowers were a nice touch on the dining table. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores. Naples is a great place, we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was excellent and communications were clear and timely. The house itself was pleasant and well decorated. It's close to the beach, shopping, and attractions. The pool is beautiful and well maintained.I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

The house is welcoming when you walk in and the pool area is great. You have plenty of everything in the kitchen area that you would need and everything was immaculate. Location was perfect and the owner was there for any questions you might have. I recommend the White Cottage highly.

This is our 2nd year staying at the White Cottage. It was just as wonderful this time as last. The house is beautifully decorated yet comfy and functional. The pool is an outdoor oasis. A hidden gem in my opinion. The host, Marion is so kind and responsive. You can tell she really cares about her guests. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, centralized location.

We chose the right house for our family of four to spend a week in Naples! The pool is fantastic. It's bigger than most in the neighborhood and has an attractive design. We spent more time in it than we planned to! The location is great. We easily walked to Vanderbilt beach in 10 minutes and there was ample parking when we preferred to drive. The house has three bedrooms and two full baths, which were great for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Finally, the hosts were fantastic. They were very attentive when we had a question and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went well. I eagerly recommend staying at this property and would definitely do so again! However, I should mention that there is a neighbor who does not like living next to a rental. Despite the fact that community quiet hours start at 10 (a reasonable time and a rule I appreciate greatly), he felt entitled to tell us that because he goes to bed at 9:30 we needed to be quiet by then. He has a lit sign (on his property, facing the rental) that says QUIET NO HOT TUB AT DARK. Clearly he has had some problems with renters in the past and hasn't figured out how to deal with them. I empathize -- there are plenty of rowdy vacationers who are inconsiderate of other people. I would not let him stop me from renting this place, but I would introduce myself on the first day to get things started on the right foot. I think he's a good guy, just frustrated.It's a great place!!

It was perfect!

We loved the White Cottage. The house has a stunning pool with Jacuzzi. We loved, that we could walk to the Metcato Shops with really nice wine bars and restaurants. Vanderbilt beach is in walking distance too. We found everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, umbrella & cooler.Great communication with Marion.Super nice place!Highly recommend.

The pool was definitely a highlight of our trip—beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The house is well-stocked with everything you might need. The host provides all the essentials for a beach day, including umbrellas, chairs, toys, and even a wagon. Great location too—just 13 minutes from the beach.

Property was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We didn’t travel with small kids but it would be perfect for little ones. There is even a guest room with a crib and twin bed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows too. So many things close by, including the beach!! Pool at house is very nice and they provide so many pool/beach items. Highly recommend!!

Nice place to stay with a family!

We had the most wonderful vacation at this beautiful home in Naples, Florida! It was perfect for our family.The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with everything we could possibly need. The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the whole family – our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed on the sun loungers. The outdoor space is peaceful, private, and perfect for family BBQs in the evening.The location couldn’t be better – just a short drive to the beach, and close to shops, restaurants, and plenty of activities for all ages. We loved how easy it was to explore Naples, but we also found ourselves wanting to just stay and enjoy the house!Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond. You can really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the home – it’s truly set up for families to feel comfortable and relaxed.We can’t wait to come back. If you’re traveling with kids and looking for a vacation rental with a pool, hot tub, and beach nearby – look no further. This place is a gem!

Awesome property! Great pool, hot tub and location. They have all the beach stuff you need to walk down including wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. Kitchen fully stocked and bedrooms were great.

Property was as described in the listing. Walkable to Vanderbilt beach and included beach equipment. Pool and hot tub area more robust than other units we've stayed at over the last 5 years. Had an issue and the owner was very responsive. Plan on staying here again next year.

Nice house in a nice area, but missing some basic amenities that travelers expect. No shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms and no coffee in kitchen. Also the threat of going over the allotted energy usage the whole time was BS. Did not find that to be a very friendly or fair policy after the premium nightly rate. Good features for families traveling with babies and toddlers, but the house

The place is as advertised . Pool area is great and the location is as good as you can get in Naples Park. Walk to restaurants on the beach (Ritz, Turtle Club, etc.) w/in half mile and then plenty others w/in a mile towards Mercato. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. The home and pool/hot tub are as described. Easy beach access and all the amenities you need. Marion is very communicative and quick to respond with any questions. Would recommend to anyone coming to Naples for a visit!

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays with our 5 month old baby and his parents. The cozy house was well suited for us with the baby supplies, pool/hot tub, and proximity to the beach. The host was responsive to any questions/concerns we had during our stay.

Home is a pleasant walk to Vanderbilt beach. It was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. The pool and spa are like a backyard resort. Marion was a wonderful host and responded promptly to all of our questions. Even silly ones. We very much hope to stay here again.

Cozy cottage in nice neighborhood, close to beach and shopping

We were attending a wedding at the Ritz over the weekend and this was a fantastic rental for the weekend. Easy access to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and the home had lots of beach chairs and beach towels to make it easy.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. The garage had plenty of pool toys and beach gear, which made our time here even more enjoyable. Despite being close to neighbors, the pool area felt private and secluded. The host was super responsive and incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If we return to the area, we will definitely check to see if this place is available first!
