Great place, has some beach chairs and toys in the hall closet already, so no need to rent some.

soaps and toilet paper, etc., was extremely limited. Both golf carts have seen better days and should be replaced, and ceiling fan in master clicks loudly and should be replaced. Other than that, lovely home.

Rental was close to the pool and golf carts made it fun to drive to Baytown warf, grocery store, and the beach! The pond next to the house is a blast to fish blue gill in. There’s turtles, frogs, and lizards! Our kids (including teens) had a blast! Loved having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note when staying here is there isn’t anything provided as far as little odds and ends needed to cook. Not even salt and pepper so you have to buy anything you need at the store. Still great place to stay!

The rental was exactly what we thought it was going to be. Easy check-in process (even got us in a bit early). Timely communication when we had an issue with one of the golf carts - they even brought us a replacement when it couldn’t be fixed. Would 1000% recommend to anyone asking. Thank you.

Great space, everything provided and advertised was exactly as described. We did not use the large golf cart, it did not seem to hold a charge but the smaller cart was perfect!

We had a great stay here! We felt right at home when we walked in. The location was perfect to Baytowne Wharf. We went and ate at a different restaurant each night we were there. Enjoyed the piano bar one night and a concert in the park on a different night. All very laid back and fun! The guys also played golf on two of the courses while we were there. We all enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub which was close enough to walk to. All the little neighborhoods were so quaint and walkable also! Loved our stay here!

Host/Maintenance was very responsive with the issues we had, Internet service was slow overall, went out due to weather and installing fiber optics. I work from home and need the Internet, so something to consider when booking. The TV in the front room stopped working and the host sent someone asap who came right away and replaced the TV. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the pool with hot tub was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the golf cart for cruising everywhere we wanted to go.

Great place and a great location with lots to do.

House was immaculate, both carts were in perfect working order, great location, super quiet part of Laurel Grove. We had two very minor issues that were immediately remedied by Beach Blue. Couldn't be happier with the house and service we were rendered.

This house is perfect for your Sandestin vacation. The house was clean, well decorated, and the perfect quiet neighborhood. When we go back to Sandestin we will most definitely stay in this property again.

The location was fun with plenty to do. There were 2 golf carts included. The 6 passenger cart broke down while raining so that wasn’t fun. We got a warning notice because we had to park it at the side of the road. It ran fine the rest of the trip. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend my friends stay here.

The cottage was cozy, clean and perfect for us. It was well equipped and the neighborhood is nice to drive around and perfect to the Boulevard shops.

Everything was perfect. Would have liked the deadbolt to work in the front door with a 2 year old who wanted to go out. Ice maker didn’t work but would definitely stay again! So clean and conveniently located.

Loved the location and the house. It was perfect for our trip with our teen daughter and a couple of her friends. Having the golf carts was perfect.

This property is hands down our new favorite! It is clean (I am picky), updated, bright, spacious, perfectly located to everything! Comes with two golf carts! We did not want to leave! We went to baytowne warf or the shopping plaza for dinner every night on the golf carts. Went to beach everyday! Publix on the carts as well! We will be back!! Such a beautiful block and community in the heart of Sandestin!

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the location and the house itself is really nice as well. There are a few small updates that could be made to enhance the experience. The golf cart could use some updating such as adding seatbelts for chilldren, and maybe a Bluetooth sound bar that works. Everything else is extremely nice. The only problem we had was that when we arrived, the toilet had not been cleaned, and it was absolutely gross. We also had a small infestation of gnats that appeared to be coming through the drain in one of the showers. The property managers were fairly responsive, but still it detracted from our stay.

We had a very nice stay, quiet and restful! The resort was beautiful and the cottage was lovely with everything we needed. The location is perfect too! You can take the golf cart to the beach, restaurants and shopping all within the resort. We did however have one issue which is the reason for the four stars. One of the golf carts quit and had to be pushed back to the house. This happened after hours but we were able to get in touch with a property representative named Matthew who was incredibly helpful! He sent someone the next morning to repair the cart and it was fine the rest of the time. We look forward to our next trip!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being prior Laurel Grove homeowners at Sandestin, we were very familiar with properties and location. That being said this home needs housekeeping attention - in particular to cleanliness of floors and dusting. The floors appeared to be clean; however, after walking, barefoot on the floor for a short time, we discovered that the bottoms of our feet became discolored from lack of mopping. Also, parking is a little tight at this particular property, despite the description referencing a cul-de-sac. I would not define this home being on a cul-de-sac as opposed to being at the end of a cove. This particular neighborhood does have cul-de-sacs, and this location is not one of them. We appreciated the homeowner and having updated furnishings and fixtures, the use of their golf carts, and for being hospitable. Although I would not personally recommend this particular unit to a friend, I recognize I have some preferences, but probably because we have known this area for 15 years.

The cottage is our favorite after being in different places all over Sandestin.Working with Beach Blue Properties is always a pleasure.Willing to accomodate you in every way.

We head to Destin every year after Christmas to spend time as a family and decompress. This was the perfect place to do that.

Property and amenities were as described or better. Will stay again, on season or off. Could not recommend more.
