Charming Avondale 3 bedroom

The place was exactly as described, super clean, and very comfortable. Great coffee options, with a small patio off the living room that was completely private, as well as a front patio we never used. Good WiFi, comfortable beds, nice updated bathrooms with good water pressure. The neighborhood is upper middle class, with friendly neighbors and easy access to nearby restaurants and groceries and parks. Great communication from our hosts. The laundry facilities are in a shed structure right on the back patio and had tons of room and everything you need. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 8, but the most appropriate occupancy is 6. Nevertheless, we were still able to pull it through and were very happy. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the house and the attention to every single detail. The bathrooms have been remade and are modern, nice, and spacious. The house itself is so quaint, nicely decorated, just enough decoration, the social space is perfect because it allows everyone to share moments around the kitchen space. I would definitely come back and stay in this nice house again.

Great place to stay and excellent communication

The house was clean and comfortable. It is 5 minutes from the hospital which was very convenient. Very quick response for any questions I had. Mark even tried to find me another place when I asked if we could extend the place then offered it to me first when the next one canceled.

The neighborhood is definitely on the sketchy side but we had no issues, home is lovely, very clean and well kept, we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was as the owner listed. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner answer your messages within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this place.

This rental worked great for us, we had a crew in town for some construction work and it was able to fit 4 men, very clean, host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this location/rental.
